Kinda crazy to look back at some of the 2004 draft class. Can't believe JR been in the league 12 years :x

What makes someone a leader (or not a leader)? Just curious as to the NT criteria....

Who knows. I can't think of one NBA team that's made the Finals in victory or defeat that had no leader. I don't even know how that works. Cleveland has been to two Finals in LeBrons era and they did it with no leadership? If he's wasn't the leader who was?

How you throw shade at NY for supporting their player ? Dont understand.

And damn the Warriors straight dismantled cleveland mentally with that assault.

First of all we boo every draft pick. And the few thousand fans who actually go to barclays are drunk and NOT an accurate representation of the fanbase . But keep watching ESPN for all your knicks news

to be fair I think step was hurt at the time & they were a yer away from being 2 years away at that point & monta who got flipped was still ballin

They traded a fan favorite for a Center who is always injured.

Nobody saw Steph becoming this good

Knicks fans perpetually burned due to poor Euro picks like Frederic Weis and Maciej Lampe. I'll always give them a pass for booing players they know nothing of

all in good fun. theres bums all over this earth

but anyways, CLE not even playing that bad to be in turmoil. Theyre gonna coast to the finals , i think this constant nitpicking and banter does more harm then good . it magnifies every negative and takes power away from the positives that appear on the court.

Blake Griffin gets the "missed too many games" disqualification and I'm not even mad.

That's completely fair, but the suggestion he shouldn't be an all-star because his team is doing "too well" without him is completely asinine. They're doing well in spite of his absence because: (1) they've had a relatively weak schedule to begin with; (2) have caught a bunch of breaks on top of that with other teams missing key guys; (3) having Blake out forced Doc to experiment with the line-ups and he stumbled on to a much more effective second unit; and (4) guys like CP and JJ have been more locked in because they knew they'd have to step up. None of that should be reason to de-value Blake.

And if Lowe is going to bring up last season when they went 9-6 without Blake, maybe he should also bring up the year before when CP missed a bunch of games and Blake carried them to a good record during that stretch (helping him to wind up 3 in MVP voting).

Again, I have no problem with Blake getting left of the all-star team because he's missed 10+ games, but questioning his all-star credentials because his team has continued to do well while he's been out is just stupid.

cant wait to tell my grandkids about how lebron and kd went to the same team to beat the goat and still lost
