Can you imagine Kobe playing for Luke cuz I can't
Kobe Can't play closer to the basket that's the difference. He's trying to. Kobe been playing out the post for the past half decade basically, it's just now due to age, injuries, etc. he's literally not physically capable of consistently getting good positioning for post up opportunities. So as a result, when he catches it it's an iso at the 3 point line.I agree. Mike played much closer to the basket the older he got. I think Kobe could still be effective if he did the same thing. Scott needs to have Kobe work off the ball on the baseline and at the elbow. His days of destroying dudes on isos are over.
Our goat knows how to salvage his trade value, when neededChalmers trade rumors.

Okafor has been so damn impressive so far. Looks like he belongs out there, handling double teams, playing his game.
I know there's still the argument that his style of play isn't what you build around these days, but whatever.. you find a way with his kind of talent. Between him and Noel, they should be good.

Kobe and attack quickly will never again be used in the same sentence describing his play. You have to accept that. Recovering from those injuries is a hell of a thing, especially if you have as much mileage as Bryant doesScott needs to get Kobe off the ball and moving on the baseline where he can catch and attack quickly
4 games into his pro career and dude is already being doubled

You watch Kobe and you should notice he has NO moves whatsoever anymore. No more between the legs, crossovers, anything. It's either a catch and shoot or multiple pump fakes into a jump shot.
Depressing.
He hasn't fallen off in his mindDude averaged 43 ppg over an entire month at one point. no exaggeration
Very difficult to watch him now.
He said he would leave before he fell off
