stop reaching man you did this **** the other day with Russ > KD

Curry's name shouldn't be typed within 1million characters of Jordan. (sorry basketball gods, I just did it)

Nice try but read what I said. LeBron and KD have been recognized as the best players in the world. That's a general opinion. Not my personal opinion. Don't confuse the two in a attempt to clown.

More people would disagree with my PERSONAL opinion that Russ > KD right now. Your post is why I always say people can't comprehend on NT.

I can't eem really remember the 72-10 Bulls team but was it like this? It seems like even on a bad night the Warriors are winning by double digits. Have they had a close game besides the Clipper game?

Remember that team vividly; probably watched 90% of their games that year as a college kid.

Are you Lawdog's dad?

But thanks for the insight. I was a litle kid at the time. All I watched was my favorite team but I didn't know anything about he rest of the league. Kinda like Warriors fans. I remember going to a Bulls/Clippers game at the Sports Arena and Jordan sat out  :smh:

Calm down Warriors fans

??? It's kinda hard to comprehend silly narrations like you posted

But the only thing commented on was Curry being the NBA's best player and comparing him to Jordan. The rest of that was ignore-able.

oh and you saying Russ > KD was an opinion, but silly nonetheless and a reach.

Curry is every bit the force offensively MJ was. What are you watching right now? He's 2nd in lay ups and leads the league in 3s currently. I never said he was MJ on defense. Offensively right now at 33 Pts per he's comparable. If you can't admit that then I don't know what your watching.

Game 1 of the finals was terrible, Skip came out midway thru the first quarter and sat until the start of the third qtr, while Jameer killed the flow of the team trying to get himself going. Just think with more commercials during the finals and the extended halftime, he sat over an hour of real time. Dont blame Skip for being mad about that.

Dude, this pissed me off! He definitely killed the momentum of the team. They shoulda eased Jameer in gradually, especially since Skip was producing. Plus, completely killed Skip's groove.

Considering Michael Jordan was a perennial Defensive POY, you'd have to take that into consideration if you're making an equality with no specification. (Yet you're trying to talk about reading comprehension.)

He's not Jordan offensively either though. He's more potent in the shooting game/dribbling game, but there's a bunch of intangibles that MJ had which I don't see from Curry.

It's going to be interesting to watch the Spurs try to defend the Warriors when they go small with draymond at the 5.

That's my biggest question really. How would pop make them go big? Parker is going to get destroyed so Steph will just go off. But what about the others? Pop may find himself not playing Tim and LMA period in stretches. LMA can't defend the rim and if Dray is at the 5 Timmy won't be able to protect the rim when GS just takes jumper from the ball moving.

I can't wait to see Spurs/GS

On the 72 wins didn't Phil say the advantage of winning that much was they were in Chicago so they didn't really have to deal with that much travel. At some point the travel will get to the Warriors no?

Proud of the effort from the Wolves last night. I'm not worried about this team. I feel excited for the future. KAT just looks like he belongs out there :smokin makin' Flip proud.

Curry is like Jordan except he shoots lights out instead of dunks. I made that observation recently.

really...you made that observation lol...

its funny how this thread started to compare him to jordan after kenny smith last night made that outrageous comment....

curry is 1 ankle sprain away from GS being a 8th seed...

regardless dude is on fire and i think they can win 72 games...the main reason is that the game is so easy to this team, they get a lot of easy baskets...

KD a ankle sprain from never ever winning a championship.

Westbrook a acl tear away from being washed.

I can go on...

I can separate a players offensive and defensive play if I want. Offensively his impact is comparable right now to MJs. I'll take 3s over dunks all day long. There are better dunkers and shooters then MJ. Curry is the best shooter we may have ever seen. At least I believe so.

You say a bunch of intangibles like what? You can't simply use that argument. Tell me what intangible aspect make MJ better then the Curry we've seen through 10 games?

That Curry = MJ thing is in terms of place in this era. Some of my reasons for saying that are things that aren't solely based off on court performance. The optics of it have a lot to do with it. You take things to literal when they shouldn't be taken that way at all.

dudes are OD'ing right now...

with all the outrageous teeny boppers hopping on the curry train like they did when lebron started to beast 06,07,08 + ...it won't be hard routing against this guy just because of the outrageous fan base that gets created every time a new star breaks through...

official curry hater thread going to be started soon...

all i know is they don't want it with my spurs....
Spurs need to focus on getting out of the first round

Exactly.

When GSW straps yall I can't wait to hear the excuses.

"Buut buttt theyyy didn't play them in their prime" is the next one.

When will allow players to have their own greatness?

So far, its been Drummond is better than prime Dwight Howard. Now, we have Curry = Jordan.

i think he just meant in terms of the force on the court. Not saying that he absolutely equals Money, just that he's equaled the force that he was in the league. That same fear factor.

kobe equaled mike too in terms of that force. So far, it's really just been those 3. I don't think anyone has ever actually been afraid of bron like that. hell, it took him 10 years just to take his *** in the post. Steph leapfrogged him. He's coming like a tidal wave

you're tripping fam. not to troll you, but you tried to call me out for reading comprehension, and can't comprehend even the details of what you're saying

I didn't say you couldn't separate offense/defense. I said you can't say Curry = Jordan and not specify offense. Curry is NOT equal to Jordan. Curry's offense (is arguably) equal to Jordan.

I agree he's the best shooter of all time.

Intangibles, I'd give you more than 1, but I'm concerned about your comprehension of it all.

1. Competitiveness: Curry spent like 2 games chucking shots out of frustration over Dellevedova in the NBA Finals. He got consumed with it on the highest stage when he could have easily been blowing past this guy and/or passing to his teammates. The GSW are a very well oiled offensive machine. If he didnt have more guys on his team that could play-make, create, etc they might have gotten bounced. I've never seen Jordan do anything close to this. He dominated every opponent with high IQ shot selection, and it was never in question.

Sure shot selection goes out of the window some with Curry, but not when a bum is playing "troll you" defense and you can obviously just blow past him.
