i think he means people that dont have teams. or their favorites team is whatever team the player plays on. That's what my boy does. He had hella cleveland stuff. Then he had hella heat stuff. Now he back on that cleveland wave. son is cheeks.
 
Fans of good teams who talk alot of trash but yet stay silent when their team is trash are the real frauds of this thread...

only frauds when they act like they're all out fans of the team (ex: trashing talking other teams while upping the current player they're fans of team). I like watching Curry and have been following him since his Davidson days. I will never claim the Warriors as my team though.

I really don't know if this generation has true fans to be honest man. Back in the days I used to like Jordan . Dude had a lot of heart and always worked to get better. Does that mean I used to root for him? No ... My Knicks for better or worst is the only team I root for .. players might come and go, but the organization the colors the Jersey is what I'm all about. If anything when Jordan or any of the greats came by the garden all the would hear from me were BOOOOOS .... Now a day all this hand clapping lets go to eat after the game **** is stupid. Well maybe not, I'm just not wired that way.

I was taught the name of the front of the jersey means more than the name on the back so Ive always been ride or die by my bum *** Philly teams :lol:

Every team has their day in the sun. Plus it feels so much better to ride with a team since they were garbage to see them progress & become good

These new dudes dont know nothing bout that kinda loyalty :smh:
 
I think LeBron could have and should have played up the heel role a little harder. He was a good heel but he didn't embrace it like Kobe. LeBron being a heel is like Seth Rollins being a heel. 

Sure it worked but he is naturally not wired like that so it sometimes was awkward. We really need a strong heel in the NBA. Storylines sell tickets. Who is the biggest heel in the NBA now? Serious question.

If DeMarcus Cousins ever gets on a REAL team, he could be the heel that the league needs. But will he ever be on a real team. 

Like, why was I supposed to HATE Miami? Because 3 friends joined together to win? None of the Heat dudes had dislikeable personalities. Wade is known as a FATHER. LeBron as well. Bosh is known as being "soft." Why hate? Who in the NBA comes to an opposing city and folks go simply to see them get PUNISHED. Nobody. Not now. Not like Miami

Sure the NBA is doing GREAT right now but the storylines could be better. I guess the closest thing we have to that are the Clippers? Because they flop LOL
