Context is kinda important for this statement.. Westbrook didn't have kd and ibaka for most of last year, plus he was out as well which led to a huge hole for okc to start the season.. And okc tied for the 8th spot but missed the playoffs dude to losing the season series vs the Pelicans

Kd had Reggie and ibaka the whole year.. Plus the handful of games Russ played

Russ had the guys from the Kanter trade
KD was playing with Perkins, Fisher, Tseflosha, and Caron Butler

You really have no argument for Russ over your own personal opinion. All advanced metrics (im not even a stats guy like that) show that KD's impact was much higher. I mean, dude won MVP. Regardless of how much we enjoyed it, Russ wasn't winning MVP last year without actually getting consistent Ws.

No one can seriously think that Draymond is better than Blake. Just because he's a better fit doesn't mean he's better. A lot of players make great role players on great teams, doesn't mean they're better than the stars of this league.

Kawhi & PG13 are fun to watch man. Especially Kawhi. Mid range assassin, 3ball, post up, no wasted dribbling. Let's not even mention Kawhi's defense. Bout to be back to back DPOY for a perimeter player :pimp:.

And Paul George out here carrying the Pacers doing it all. He byke :pimp:

Draymond better than Blake?....man you hot take guys kill me. Dray is definitely a good player. A lethal cog in what makes GSW tick, but your smoking dippers thinking he's an actual better player than Blake Griffin.

And KD comes back from injuries and drops 30 in his sleep. Russy was 5/14 with 11 TO's and fouled out last night? Reggie was locking him down?

- literally everything you love about draymond is exacerbated because of the team he's on.

- I would take PG over KL probably because of ballhandling but the leaps KL had made is incredible. Awesome player to watch. Plus he's a midrange assasin and I love great midrange shooters

Not really necessary for your big man to be your first option in today's nba. Today's offense is perimeter oriented as hell. Better for your big guy to be a 3 and D guy with playmaking ability that can guard as many positions as possible.

Part of the difficulty in comparing players is accounting for context. What you're saying is true, if you already have a steph curry, iguodala, a harrison barnes, or even a bogut. In a different scenario where those great perimeter players aren't present, then its a different story. He needs good players to be good and there's nothing wrong with that
