Nick Young wanted to leave that game. Seems pretty obvious. He was shooting bricks in a blow out before he was thrown out.

No playing time, no wins and nothing but Kobe slurping each game.

Where would he go though? Who would pick him up?

Y'all think Young is going to ask for a trade?

Naturally, Wes looks like he's moving in molasses, but the shooting stroke is still present.

I really think the Warriors will not only surpass Magic Johnson and showtimes winning streak but they'll definitely pass up the 95-96 Bulls single season record.

If you're referring to the Lakers 33 game win streak, that was Jerry West and Wilt, not Magic's group. And, no, I did not see any of that streak in person @rck3sactown

Kyle Singler is the Worst Player in the NBA and More People Need to Know

Quote:

Kyle Singler is the worst player in the NBA getting regular minutes. I've felt like his nightly turds have been going under the radar, so I just wanted to make more people aware. Awareness is the first step toward real change.

A quick recap of his season:

  • 193 minutes played, zero assists. Zero. In the Zero-Assist Club, JaVale McGee is in second in terms of most minutes played without an assist. He has played 45 minutes.

  • Shooting splits of 23.5/20/50. Those numbers don't even add up to 100. I know that's completely arbitrary and has no meaning, but still.

  • He has a -1.16 PER. He is currently the only player in the league with a negative PER. Sasha Vujacic has a positive PER. /u/WeRallGOATS [1] pointed out that this is the lowest PER in NBA history among players who have played at least 150 minutes. Full List[2]

  • Please take a moment to look at his hair right now. [3]

  • He's averaging 8.3 fouls per 48 minutes. Tonight, he had 4 fouls in 14 minutes played.

  • This summer, GM Sam Presti signed Kyle to a 5-year, $25 million deal. That deal runs through the summer of 2020, which sounds insane because it is insane.

This truly is one of the greatest all-time slumps for a random player and I hope that more people will now be able to appreciate it.

Those really are some impressively unimpressive numbers for Singlet

I don't have access to NT or Twitter from my work computer so if anyone could @ me and keep me abreast of the Spurs lineup tonight, if anyone will be sitting out the game I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Singler was serviceable in Detroit. Not sure what has happened to him since he got traded to OKC.

That dlo thing doesn't really surprise me and why I had no problem with Scott benching him at times. He seems like he needs to be humbled

so many facts in this post. Lakers last game gonna be sad as hell for me as fan.

the other bit is how hardbody the laker game attendance is gonna fall. it's about to be legendary. Like, Pre-2014 Hawks game. And the fact unless my dudes draft high or trade hard, team will be hella bunz again next year.

Then a fact I feel like kobe is gonna fade into bolivia. he really just seems like the type that is lowkey and avoids the spotlight. Already said he doesnt wanna coach or do the tv analyst gig. We may never see him again, except for a random tmz shot of him at his kids soccer game.

And yeah, definitely rocking with the warriors until my dudes get back into a competitive run. They're just too dope to ignore and fun to watch. I will say though, there is no emotional connection with them like my purple and gold. When they win, and steph balls its cool. I cheer. But when they lose, it doesnt effect me. Doesn't bother me at all. When they lakers lost...bruh...stay the **** from round me.
And definitely don't try to make me feel better 'well, its ok, they can't win them all.' '.......***** why?!?!'

Lakers tho...

Nick Cannon is not going anywhere.

The league should take notice though, Tollivers foul is how you're supposed to foul.

You guys really think Laker attendance will fall off that much? Like bottom-third of the league bad? Maybe I'm giving them too much credit but I feel like with as many Lakers fans as there are in LA, they shouldn't have a problem being 10-15.

Their attendance #s will be fine

idk man. stars already stopped showing up there and instead go to games down the hall . Only thing keeping the attendance high now is Kobe. Maybe not bottom 3, but i can see attendance falling, especially if they dont lower or hell, raise the price of tickets. Nobody is gonna spend that guap to see a team get handled and their favorite player is gone.

they haven't been selling out in a while.

Funny thing about sellouts is that 99% are fake as hell. The Clippers are currently on a sellout streak of something like 206 games. I would say maybe 10 of those are actual sellouts. The rest are bought by the organization just to be counted as a sellout laugh.gif

Back when I was interning we knew we'd be getting free tickets if we were playing minnesota on a Saturday or Monday night or a Sunday morning. They wouldgive us up to 4 tickets each then you'd see on the jumbo tron that this is the 100th straight sellout mean.giflaugh.gif I've been to some games that are like 40% empty and they try to claim sellout. I think the Red Sox and Phillies got exposed for doing the same a few years ago.
I've been to every Kings game this season and the first 5 games or so were announced sellouts and they were all maybe 75% full, maybe 85% if we were lucky. It's weird.

Also, the people that show up to Kings games are super late arriving. At tip off its maybe 50% full and the remaining 25-35% of people don't get in their seats till sometime in the second quarter, it's been really weird and I don't get it.

Kings fans kinda suck.

NOV 6th -- Marcus Morris: Suns never respected me, ‘I want to disrespect them’

Last night 12/6

The Suns had a two-point lead and the ball with 23 seconds left against the Pistons last week – a pretty big advantage.

But Marcus Morris – traded by by Phoenix last summer – stole a Brandon Knight pass, and Detroit forced overtime then won.

David Mayo of MLive:

“Whether Morris anticipated the play because of his time as Knight’s teammate, he didn’t say.

“I don’t know. What I do know is that he’s soft,” Morris said of Knight. “Soft. He panicked. So when you’re like that, that’s the type of stuff that happens.””

Morris doesn’t have much of a filter – especially when it comes to the Suns. He has expressed bitterness over them trading him, said he should’ve started over P.J. Tucker and stated his desire to disrespect them. Morris sure disrespected one of them here.

Is Knight soft? I don’t think he’s the toughest player, but I don’t consider him soft. He just doesn’t have great court vision, and the Pistons’ trap exacerbated that problem. Morris made an excellent read and left his man to steal the ball.

If Knight is soft, I don’t think that play is the best way to show it.
