I just thought Rondo in Dallas wasn't a great fit, so that's why he was trash. I laughed at the notion people start assuming Dallas was going to be so great after acquiring him without looking a little deeper into the structure of the team.

This is how I feel about Monta's situation. Monta looking really washed this year but I think its' more that it's just not a great fit for him with the Pacers.

Carlise wanted to push the ball and call the plays on the sidelines, but Rondo wanted to walk the ball up the floor and call his own plays.

Bad mix.

To be fair Karl wants to push the ball as well, but he allows Rondo to run whatever he wants

Does Rondo make the ASG in a deep west?

NYK should get rid of Melo asap before his stock drops even more. How serious were those trade talks with Det for Jennings not long ago?

melo is a sf right? i hope detroit doesnt pull the trigger, i like what they have in marcus morris and stanley johnson at the 3. i dont want to limit or force them to regress for soft body anthony.

knicks can't get rid of carmelo. they can, but they'll nowhere get the value in players they gave up for him. plus his contract?

they can't get rid of him anyway with his no trade clause having ***

he fleeced them early on once, but really did a number on 'em last year

celtics gonna push the w's tonight. competitive through the half and end up losing by ~14

In defense of the people who said that, he was pretty terrible in Dallas. And most guys improve after getting to Mavs, not get worse. So, there was reason to think Rondo was washed. He's clearly not though.
The same type people who think harden on okc would make them better but forget that parts on a team need to fit together . Rondo never fit with Dallas but I thought he would be a great fit with sac
