Hornasek always wiped his face at the FT line for those that watched him play. Now he looks like he‘s done. Oh well.
 
That was Hornacek's trademark at the freethrow line.

Wiping his fingers across his face to get in rhythm.
 
I don't think Quinn is in any danger of losing the Jazz job though.

-sidenote: I love watching Denver play when Jokic is on the court. Him and Barton make the watch worthwhile

If the Lakers don't land a free agent of note, how bad will they be next year?

Even if they were to luck up and get simmons, the idea of building around Clarkson / Russell / Randle / Simmons suggest they'll be very bad, again.

Especially if they retain the services of Byron Scott.

They need to land someone much better than serviceable to be other than a lottery team again, particularly if Byron survives the offseason.

If they can get a new coach I would say that's a solid core to build around. Of course you would need to get some signings in there but the core to me isn't bad
 
Thunder may as well just stagger Durant and Westbrook. They are completely lost when those two are on the bench.

I'm fine with hitting for singles and doubles that fit next to the kids.

No rush to be great from me. This is a multi-year rebuild.

Exactly. If they don't score a huge free agent in the summer, yeah they might be bad again. Oh well. Their core on paper is still better in the long run than say the Celtics. Having a great coach can do so much. Obviously they are in short supply but who knows, without Scott they could most definitely get much more out of the young guys
