Two things.

I asked Lakers fans in the offseason if they wouls be rooting for their team this year and they told me this was the year they start rooting for wins. I see a few people celebrating losses again  :smh:

That's me.

I rooted for development. Then I saw Byron still had his "job" and realized that's futile.

Then I saw Ben Simmons and Brandon Ingram play.

Then I began dreaming about Ingram/DLo/Randle/Clarkson/Nance/Brown and 60 million dollars in cap space.

Then I changed my mind. :pimp:

Was 50% sure it was you and someone else but didn't want to falsely accuse

No hope for landing the #1/Simmons or you prefer Ingram?

Itll be interesting to see how long you can keep this charade up. After he plays in his first all star game i wonder what youll be knocking him for then

I'll be watching in the cut :nerd:. I don't think he has a high chance at being a perennial All Star caliber player. I see him at best being a Goran Dragic level of player. At worst, he's Ramon Sessions level of player.

I've said plenty of times...when he plays well, I always give him his props. When he plays bad, I'll call him out on it. Thought this season, he's been about 70% bad and 30% good.

I've said this plenty of times. I think he'll be fine in this league and have a long career. Don't see him as a potential star, or a franchise building block. That's all.

Man, this thread was lit late last night I see.

Russell won't even have to be good to be an All-Star. He just has to be in Los Angeles.

That makes no sense . Cuz is 25

Don't think that's crazy at all. I mean, I'm bout to be 26....and Melo was my favorite player and the reason I became a nuggets fan. You gotta remember, he burst onto the national scene in 02-03 at Cuse. I was 12/13 at the time.

Before Melo, AI was my favorite player.

I feel like Rudy Gay would **** everything up for any team he goes to, especially the Bulls. They FINALLY figured out to uptick pace and run through Jimmy.

In the playoffs, in the 4th quarter, when the opposing team has fresh legs from getting easy baskets all game, and energy to play defense, and swarm kd and russ, once the shots stop falling, and the offense goes cold, it will be business as usual for the tundra. Shoulda kept perkins

BJ also said Kobe was a top 2 SG THIS YEAR....and his FG% didn't matter. I'm not listening to that clown.

Blake gave this ***** a shot to win ROY in '09/10 and he used all his juice on a 55 point game. Been trash since .

Used to root for the "Young Buck" too. Disappointed me :smh:

Just odds. I wanted Wiggins, but #1 is tough.
I wanted Towns, but not upset about #2.
I'd welcome Ben, sure, but its tough to pull #1. If 2 is my best hope, I'll gladly take Ingram, slots in perfect at SF with this core developing.

The Draymond hype this year is so consistent with the Warriors rise overall. So sudden and accelerated. Like, I don't recall him even being in the discussion for top 5 at the position even last year. Now there's a good amount of people basically calling him the best PF in the league.
