Bomani just made a great point. Why is Loves defense, low scoring totals at times and bad rebounding games always on blast but Kyries lack of assists and defense never a issue? Love has so much more expected of him then Irving but Irving is supposed to be the 2nd best player on the team.

Love is suppose to be a better 2 way player than Kyrie. He was Mr. Double-Double Minnesota. Kyrie was never meant to do anything more than put people in seats. I liked how Bomani described Kyrie's role as "getting buckets" though laugh.gif

Hmm let me guess, Blake reinjured his quad and had a set back. Made up breaking hand during a fight story to look tough.
This what im rollin wit unless I see more evidence or serious reprocutions

You missed the part where I say Bomani said? I don't have to prove Wall is better. It's common knowledge to smart basketball fans that he is.

It really isn't common knowledge which is why you, and other Wizards fans, bring Kyrie up so much

NBA Bigs are expected to provide rim protection, rebounding and some pick and roll defense.

Sorry it's just the way it is. That's way I say Duncan's defense>Kobe's defense.

Someone who realizes 18 double doubles from a starting NBA PG through 4 seasons into his 5th is beyond awful. It's hard to do honestly. Everyone isn't gonna be Rondo or Wall but 18 from a player of his supposed caliber with the ability to break down defense can't be defended by anyone. Even with the games he's missed in his career. The only conclusion is he's a bad PG. I'd bet you can find dozens of players who have more then 18 in that same time frame.

For context Ish Smith has 10 this season alone.
