Lol what? If anything he'll have more of a green light and get to spot up more since he won't have to do all the playmaking. him melo and Kd will be having 3pt shootouts out there

^^^ The Machine sucks. Right up there with Corey Brewer among my least favorite NBA players.

Steph + a shorter 3 pt line??

Bruh, he better average 10 attempts a game. And I gurantee Bron, KD, Melo will hve NO problems passing Steph the ball once he starts heating up. I wanna see him hang 70 on some tiny eruopean country.

The games are only 40 minutes long, man. When Carmelo set the Team USA Olympic scoring record in 2012, he scored 37 points and hit 10/12 from three-point range (Durant has the overall record at 38). And you're asking Steph to double that? Not happening. Also, the Olympic tournament is smaller and more competitive compared to the FIBA World Cup. There aren't any tiny European nations to beat up on like that.

I'm not asking, I'm demanding it. He gives me one point less than 70 and I'll never root for America again.

This sixers run right now 18-2

 Smith/Noel is fun to watch

Coach K already said Paul George is a lock because of the injury. :smh:. So he's a definite lock along with Cp3/Bron/Melo/KD/Steph/AD/Russ. 4 spots really available.

Oh, and I'm a strong believer that Wall is a better basketball player than Kyrie....but in THIS setting, Kyrie is better and more valuable.

Truthfully, Wall played like sht last training camp and in the showcases. While Kyrie played great...and has the coach K & Nike connect. These things matter. There's really no room for Wall when you have Cp3 & even Bron who do everything Wall does...but more efficiently + history and ties.

Kyrie can go out there and be an SG like he truly is. While Wall can't really go and do that. They already got a non shooting PG with energy off the bench in Russ. Russ actually defends well in this setting. Picks up 94ft. Wall is one of my favorites, but there's no need for him here. It is what it is.

i cant agree with that,  i think thats ridiculous but thats just my personal opinion.

i agree with that tho. i can see and have no problem with wall being left out.

How is Wall a better player than Kyrie?

He does everything better besides scoring and dancing. There was a point in this season where Kyrie had 18 double doubles in his career to Walls 18 in December alone. When the Irving led Cavs were picked to make the playoffs the year before LeBron came they were one of the worst teams in the league. I'd really like to hear you or anyone make a case that Irving is better.

people think that because wall is a "true " pg  and certain aspects wall is better , but i like kyrie more . One of my favorites to watch play. wall is no where close to being as entertaining as kyrie.

I never said Kyrie was better.

Don't trivialize what Kyrie does as "dancing." He moves with purpose when handling the ball, he just so happens to look cool while doing it.

My point is they both are different types of lead guards. Why is Wall's style considered BETTER?

And when Irving led the Cavs, they team wasn't good, so let's not play the blame the best player card when the team isn't good.

Clearly melo aint the Melo he used to be so why does everyone on the team inclusing coaches let him ISO it all the time. I swear so far since i watched this game EVERYTIME melo got ball everyone stands still and backs away lol

Who has clout to tell him to stop?

its not . "true" pgs are really overrated in ball..true pgs dont win titles often.

The team wasn't good? It was good enough to make the playoffs in the worst East we've ever seen. He doesn't make anyone around him better. 18 double doubles from your PG in 3/4 seasons is pathetic. No way around that. Kyrie can dance and create his own shot. Wall consistently collapses defenses and finds open players. Makes the correct pass. Washington isn't some Juggernaut with great players everywhere. Yet he's led us to the 2nd round in consecutive seasons. I'd also argue Wall is the better defender.
