Is there any team that can seriously at least take the Cavs to 6 games in the East??

I hate to see them sweep thru the playoffs and just wait on a battled-out West team.
Bulls took them to 6 games last year.

bulls and heat. wade would have to jump in the delorean to make it happen. pat riley would play mind games through the media and rattle delonte's son. matter fact, riles would have delonte sitting courtside with dj khaled

No one said The Clips have the 6th man of the year, or the best PG, or that they have a top 5 PG this year.
so chris paul is not a top 5 pg

Bro I know you're having fun and doing your thing but look at what YOU said. YOU didn't say Top 5 PG. You said best PG. I don't recall any Clipper fan saying Paul is better than Curry this year.

Then you proceed to showcase an award Jamal won years ago

Nice job man.

miami is the new atlanta hawks , good enough for a top 4 seed but not good enough to compete....i said it 2 years ago when we lost bron

Nice job man.
but on a serious note, I am saying they have a top 5 player in 4 positions

personally I think doc is a terrible, overrated coach

and the 6th man of the year award is the most pointless thing in sports

but the clippers are as talented as any team in the league

Using the Spurs as an example:

Kawhi guards Draymond
Aldridge/Duncan guards Barnes
Manu guards Klay
Parker guards Iguodala
Green guards Curry

When the Draymond-Curry pick and roll is getting ran, switch Kawhi onto Curry and Green on Draymond. Then hope Kawhi can stay in front of Curry and maybe Draymond gets suckered into post ups on Green. Trying to blitz the pick and roll leads to too many open threes and dunks otherwise, so I would go away from that plan.

That could work, but I think it's going to get ugly in transition and having bigs trying to close out on shooters

I only used the Spurs because they have the best personnel to guard a Draymond-Curry or Durant-Westbrook pick and roll with Kawhi-Green. I couldn't imagine being a lower rung team.

if you are the spurs and guarding the dray/curry PnR, you give up the draymond 3, right? they can put kawhi on curry for stretches, and he fights through every screen for the most part, but it would be fun to see the in gm adjustments. think green starts on curry, patty comes in, kawhi down the stretch

Miami's been so blah lately. They were getting washed by Denver but pulled out the W
Too many unhinged pieces, at full strength I think we're a top 3 East team but having everybody's not something we're good at and definitely not good enough to rely heavily on our rooks/3rd string

Nah I know man, I feel you, especially on the sixth man award

But The Clippers are not as talented as any team in the league. And your talent doesn't win big in the playoffs, it's your role players.

And Doc isn't a terrible coach. Brilliant X's and O's guy, but rotations sometimes are awful. The latter really matters comes playoff time, and becomes a victim to familiarity too much for my liking. But coaching in the NBA is a product of your roster.....which Doc Built

I like this roster though. Haven't like the rotations for most of this season though.

Derrick Rose actually wore that "I can't breath" shirt before anyone else had in the league.

The next day, Lebron and everyone wanted to use that idea.
