why is Sting headlining the ASG halftime show?

NBA knows their target audience when it comes to revenue. I'm sure Sting wasn't cheap either... I guess it's a family show and you wanna cater to the people buying season tickets and spending advertisement money or investing in the brands within Turner Broadcasting - Verizon halftime report, NBA brought to you by KIA etc.

In a perfect would they could've gone Bieber, Future, Travis, Fetty, J. Cole, or Kendrick.... but before I bash it I'm gonna check out Sting and see how it goes. After all, he is a legend.

Couldn't tell you who Sting was much less a song of his.

Congratulations NBA, you played yourself.

A few quotes:

So let's try some frankness and honesty.

Has James ever undermined a coach? Yes.

Has James ever disrespected a coach? Yes.

So let's come back to the question: Is James a coach killer?

Without a doubt, the job of coaching James is extraordinarily challenging. Without a doubt, James' passive-aggressive nature can make a coach's job much harder than it needs to be. Without a doubt, James has some blood on his hands for the way Blatt's tenure went down.

Fat Boy Windy turning on LeBron

The end is NEAR!

David Griffin didn't have to consult with LeBron about firing Blatt because Griffin already knew LeBron's stance. Duh.

anyone listen to zach lowes podcast with windhorst ? for those who say the blatt firing was unjust, or he shouldn't have been fired im curious to hear your thoughts.

utlimately what lowe and windhorst agreed is that blatt rubbed ppl the wrong way. he came off as arrogant and cocky, and in general unable to connect with people on a personal level. not just lebron but the rest of the team, members of the organization and even the media.

so as a leader of the team, if he lacks the ability to communicate or relate to players, how can you keep him as a coach?

Sting IS a legend but he doesn't appeal to the viewers networks covet...the 18-35 year old. I love Sting's music but he's of my generation. Drake, Rihanna, Jcole...would have all been better choices IMO
i dont like his music period but   i cant remember an artist being at a super bowl or allstar game that i was a fan of , ehh. not that important ill change the channel for a bit i dont have to watch trash like bruno mars or madonna. not that big of a deal who they have .

I rather listen to randy ******* travis than the last 3 people you mentioned.

If it was between that and sting? Go ahead and let sting sing his old heart out

You dont.

Because alot of the time, its hard to win with that type of situation.

Losing compounds the frustration with coaches.

The Cavaliers just have so much talent currently, that they could overcome that.

I think the Cavaliers were looking to take that next step.

Jason Maxiell was about to kill a guy!!

Cavs really aren't that talented

Bucks Magic Hawks Pistons Celtics have given the Bulls a harder time this season than the Cavs have

Don't think the Cavs winning the east Is a sure thing at all

Drake has to be involved somehow, right? It's the easiest match ever
