Future Hendrix should perform halftime at ASW.

March Madness is too motivational. The whole second half would be played with the intensity of a playoff game 7 after hearing that :pimp:.

Y'all see how far the Bulls were going under on Lebron and packing it in?

The cavs are going to see a diet of that come playoff time and while their "talent" should allow them to skate free the first round or two, there could be some real problems come ECF.

Lebron's Usage rate this year rivals prime lebron, and is actually higher than it was during his last year in Miami. However his shooting has been horrendous, so this lowkey is a recipe for disaster for the cavs.

Wouldn't be surprised if the cavs didn't go all the way.

Yeah but while Lebron is still very good, his lack of shooting will be their downfall in the east.
It's like KD said in a recent interview, playing can get boring man.

Lebron will make those Jump Shots when it matters, he will.

sidenote: Westbrook shooting like 24% from 3pt right now. He that bad? Nah, just bored man

Toronto has a top 5 offense and top 10 defense league wide for a reason. They are legit, and eye test tells me they can not only compete, but defeat the Cavs.

For a person with such a high usage rate as lebron has, his shooting has to get to at least respectable or else they won't make it out.

You believe in the raps? It seems like same story every year with them lately. Super hot start at the beginning of the season. Then they play below .500 ball the rest of the season and flame out. I just have a hard time seeing anyone from the east beating Bron and them.

That Corey Joseph addition is low key big though. One of the best backup pgs in the league.

1) Lebron's shooting isn't some new development. He was a very bad shooter last postseason and it just bled over to this season. Why wasn't he making them when they counted last year? Don't be so sure. If he turns the corner with his shooting then the cavs are fine, but as it stands they are not fine and a big reason for their issues have to do with bron's lack of shooting. He's shooting 33 percent ON OPEN SHOTS OUTSIDE OF 10 FEET. OPEN SHOTS.

2) Yes he is that bad. He's never been a knockdown shooter, but continues to take 3's which kills the thunder. It doesn't hurt them in the regular season, but it always catches up to them in the postseason. He's never been a knockdown shooter or finisher at the rim, yet for some reason his team and coach(s) consistently allow him to take these wild forrays into the paint and shoot these ill advised 3's.

It's the defense. Their defense is legit. And Kyle and Demar have taken a leap.

Didnt watch the game last night but wow Noel really jumped on Drummond back during a FT ? is that what that is lol

im not a fan of these fouls

They didn't lose the Finals last year because of Lebron's jumper.

They lost because they played a dope AF team, without Kyrie and Love.

With his 'broke" jumper and all, they win that series if healthy.

Point is, Lebrons struggle jumper isn't allowing Toronto to beat them, it just isn't. Or anybody out East.

We gon' see.

Shooting 33% on Open shots when you have a 32% usage rate is not a recipe for success. Don't let prior success interfere with how you see things play out THIS postseason.

But you said it was similar last year right? Usage and shooting %, I'd say they were pretty successful. I see your point, but I'd say prior success would logically play in, if the #'s are similar and this year they have Kyrie and Love, wouldn't you?

Toronto hasn't gotten so so so much better, that it will usurp Lebron's jumpshooting regression(which is actually not a regression more like a mirror of last year), Toronto is still Toronto.

Will Isaiah Thomas watch tonight's All-Star reserve announcement? "I'm not going to lie, it's like the draft all over," said Thomas, the 60th and final pick in 2011. "You don't want to watch it. Hopefully I get a call, but, like I said, if not, I'm going to keep going, it's not going to stop me." Thomas did stress again the importance of a possible selection: "I just worked so hard. I feel like I deserve it. Not just the individual success, but as a team. ... Numbers don't lie. You can stack the numbers up against anybody in the NBA and they'd be there. ... Hopefully it happens, but if it doesn't, I'm going to keep grinding, keep going forward."
