Laker fans tried to pass off that 'we're never down for long' thing a couple years ago. And here we are.

They bridged West to Wilt to Kareem to Magic to Shaq to Kobe. That isn't normal and them getting their hands on a Top 10 DOA guy isn't happening anytime soon. 2 more years of sub 35 win seasons ahead, at least.
