I remember every game of his one year at UK. DM had great footwork and was nimble for a guy his size. Don't think it can be said Jahlil is better. Maybe DM was not always trying hard, but skillwise they are closer than some would like to admit. DM obviously having the advantage in size and athleticism.

Agreed. He simply ain‘t a producet at this level. His stats and performance look really average. Unlike Clarkson who actually wooed people, especially being a late pick, Russell has looked very average.
But Mitch went on record to say that they scouted him and that he can play.
While most Laker fans blame Byron, its obvious Russell is looking like a bust. Byron was right though;, if he really let Russell loose, he‘d end up embarassing himself even further.

not a fan of dlo. not really huge on anyone on this lakers squad currently tbh. i see solid starters or role players for a few of these dudes on our squad. nobody that is going to be elite or grow into a star .
