It's all about ownership and equity in your company, Iverson is still making money off of Reebok and I don't even know where to go to grab a reebok product.

On the other side Warren Sap is selling his Nike collection on ebay.

Durant is going to get paid no matter what brand he goes to but UA was going to make him a partner which Nike isn't doing.

Nike is making 175 million a year revenue off of KD, Nike is going to pay off his 300 mill contract in 2 years and net for 8 years. Under UA he would have been seeing a percentage of they 175 mil on top of the 300 mill.
