Still waiting for a valid answer to how in tf curry is doing this. Just saying "he is just good", "he practices", etc ain't gone cut it. Bro doing something that no other man has known before you can best bet that!

Ain't no way in hell bro is consistently coming down on the break against grown pro NBA players n pulling these lot ball threes, most with no follow through while turning his body mid stroke like "yup, that's cash!" Looking like he shooting at Dave n busters.

Before folks piggy back Phil, no ole boy Chris Jackson or whatever his name from the nuggets was not on this same level of shooting.

Freeze is the homie but for real... LeBron has no skill? Really, he can't dribble? What about his passing ability? His court vision?

My fellow Laker fans. :smh:

bro you gotta read the post after that one. I made some good points and I didn't say he didn't have skill.

The ultimate rule change that would make Curry human?

Just get rid of the 3 point line

You do that and he's just another nba player

Big O was right, only chance you have vs Steph right now is to pick him up full court. It can't be one of your best offensive players tho, gotta be a Tony Allen type of player.

1 step before the 1/2 court line d is what needs to happen... until then he will continue to rain

I've said this for years, but the league needs to widen the court.

im starting to come around to this.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT STEPH.

i've been saying for a long time in the college basketball thread and the NBA draft thread that the NBA is becoming a league where "if you can't shoot you can't play" and Ben simmons will have a tough transition...

is that league we want, where Ben SImmons can't play, because he can't shoot?

Hmm, I haven't really thought about the three point line back. I'd probably prefer it to stay as is.

But it's an interesting dilemma.

I wanna know why mofos calling Steph an alien tho? LOL the MAN is just nice as hell with his  (please do not bring up a man made video game either)

It's not really an explainable thing. What do you want to hear? He knows some absurd secret to shooting the ball that no one else knows? A combination of hard work, natural talent, and luck/randomness. He's a special player doing something we haven't seen before, just enjoy it.

Domatas Sabonis is an incredibly rebounder, really good post player, fun to watch....but he can't shoot 3's so probably can't play.

If Aaron Gordon never learns to shoot, he can't be a stsr player.

Is that what we want out of baskatball a league where its better to play Demare Carrol instead of Aaron Gordon?

Please don't move the 3pt line back.

I'm in favor of a wider court tho, especially at the college level

Hand checking ain't dead for the record. Just keep your eyes open

What they need to do is not allow Steph to shoot 3s in the last 2 minutes of the quarter. That way guys don't have to worry about trying to stop him, the rules will take care of that for them.

thing is...tony allen types...its incredible hard to find a plockdown defender that can also score for you. i mean we have kawhi, but steph gave him 30 during commercial break. So then if you do end up with a tony allen, you end up with the same issue that memphis and boston had, having to play 4 on 5 on offense, and letting the player tony is guarding not have to guard him so they can bring the double every possession. There are few good two way players in the L. and then 94 feet or hell, even 47 ft of lockdown defense is difficult af for even the most conditioned. dudes will burnout. plus, all good defender bite on crossovers and pumpfakes. its part of defense. you have to believe that the player is going to go when they look like they're going. if you gamble and assume they're just crossing you and you stay put, and they actually do go that way, you've just been beaten and are out of position. just look at the MJ/AI thing. everybody knows mike was a monster defender. He had no choice but to bite on those crosses. It's up to the offensive player to sell them.
