Lawson's quarter of a season rental for a team out of the playoff picture seems like a low risk high reward type of move. If it works out, sign him in the off-season, if it doesn't, just let him walk.
Anything is better than what they have now.

People will say yes, but I don't think many GMs would pick Dray if they were starting a franchise from scratch and could choose between the two as their first player.Is Dray better than Blake tho?
At the same time, nobody with half a brain would trade Dray for Blake (healthy) right now if they were the Warriors GM.

I am just in complete awe at the players that he & Steph have become.
Steph is taking 11 threes a night at 47% AND shooting 68% at the rim man. Honestly thought he basically peaked in '13 during that Denver/Spurs playoff run. Was thinking his three ball is already historically great, is it really going to get THAT much better?
Is he really gonna get THAT much better at the rim without great hops/strength? Crazy. Dray can slide down to the 5 at 6'7", grabs 10 boards, dishes 7 assists, shooting 39% from 3. Like, what?
