Pregame they said OKC has the most talent in the league.

After KD and Russ, I mean...Waiters, Roberson, singler, Ibaka, Kanter, that's overwhelming talent?

Maybe I'm missing something lol

Shout out to Kyle Singler having his best game of the season and getting benched for Waiters #coaching

Okc is just top heavy and the talent drops significantly after Russ

If Okc had a bench, man..
It will always be hard to construct a bench when you have two and maybe even 3 players who take up the bulk of your cap.

Warriors got lucky because they got steph at such a bargain, allowing them to fill out the roster with more competent talent.

All elite teams have the issue of filling out a bench for this reason tbh.

not true at all.

the rockets = random offense

spurs = not random offense
You don't get what I mean by random offense.

By random offense, I mean actions on offense that aren't called by the coach.

The big difference in your example lies in the players the spurs have vs the players the rockets have.

Coaching definitely matters as far as putting a structure in plays, but it's what the players do when offense isn't initiated by the coach that makes an offense great, good, average, below average, etc.

A one year old STI w/ low miles is worth more than a New Porsche, to me. Ever drove a Porsche, cars are terrible.

but coaching puts certain players in the position to execute or where they can be effective. giving certain players liberties and holding back certain players is all coaching.

coaches don't call a lot of offense but they have secondary breaks which turn in to sets which are then initiated by the freedom of certain players.

there is a lot of coaching in the NBA.

i think random just might be a bad word to use

35 reverse is what OKC is running apparently

2 straight bad Russ plays followed by 2 straight good Russ plays

Soon as I heard Donovan screaming 35 reverse, I knew it had to be some misdirection action for Durant and someone else leaking open (Ibaka). Nice play.
