Kinda disagree. I don't think its on the same level as 3 seconds. It's not that hard to set effective screens without moving. For as long as ive been playing and setting screens, it's easy enough to keep your feet planted.
There's alot of moving screens now because they allowed them to in the first place. Now that they've gotten away with it for so long they do it so much that it would then become unwatchable if they called it every time. Some of the **** ive seen Joakim Noah get away with was unreal. No wonder they're gonna go crazy every time its called when you set that kind of precedent.
I do think there's a grey area. But it shouldnt be as big of a grey area as they made it.
