Kyrie might want to just call it a season to avoid being crossed out his ACLs :lol: that may make Lebron opt out and leave the Cavs with JR Smith as their best player though

Let's not forget what happened in game 1 of the finals before an already limping Kyrie went completely down:

But if there is even 0.1% doubt that Kyrie is 100% ready, the Cavs would be smart to just sit him as long as needed. His glass body is extra fragile. The same with Shumpert.

However, if they are ready and they want to treat the Warriors game as a statement game, a good time for them to return would be the Dec. 20 game at home against the Sixers. Which is basically a pre-season game. Then they would have another game against the Knicks before playing the Warriors on Christmas Day. So basically they could warm up against the team with the worst record in the league, then play a team that is right around .500 before moving onto the team with the best record in the league.

Marcus is on the opposite side of the spectrum situation wise, SVG and him LOVE each other :lol: I don't think he'll shed too many tears.

Unless they get Kieff to play the 4 off the pine :nerd:
 
It would be totally unnecessary to let Kyrie play Christmas day.

Play with the lineup that you've had so far. If you win, you win. You lose? Oh well, wouldn't be the first time.

Cavs need to concern themselves with the long term objective of having a healthy squad going into the finals. Let Golden State do their thing.

I left a little room in there to say the Warriors win by 20+ after seeing a ton of people on Indy last night :lol:. Crazy how the Pacers almost covered and made a little comeback.

Also, I'm looking for a secondary team to become a fan of. Who wants me apart of their squad?! :nerd: Seeing that the Grizz have yet to make any front office changes and I still don't have a clear view as to where the team is going, either. This team needs a shake up or a rebuild and they seem reluctant to do that.

Man, I was talking to a friend the other night about it...a couple of players I thought who would be PERFECT to pump some life into them and get them more caught up on today's NBA were both traded away.
