Because he's not a ***** and knows not to get caught up in Patrick Beverley's antics.

Meanwhile in Denver...
earned not given is the right way.

He criticized DLo in the media for not playing aggressively enough, then when he played more aggressively Byron criticized him again for "trying to take over the game." He's just being a **** for the sake of being a ****, and by the players' own admission they're confused and don't know what he wants from them. He seems to be absolutely terrible at communication. Stephen Jackson said the same thing.

I mean, refusng to even have a sit-down with DLo because he isn't "old enough"... What type of stupid **** is that?

Lmao really? Wow how has no one stepped in yet to tell him about his antics. Idk how he even has a job

Cause he's a Laker

I mean you call him a kid, he tries to meet with you so he can understand and learn. That's part of the maturation process, that should help him grow. You dismiss him by saying he's too young to have individual meetings with you.

The funny thing is a lot of older dudes think this type of approach makes you strong. In reality its actually quite b'made on their part. Stop the games and either help the kid or just straight up tell him you don't see him as a contributor. All this dancing around nonsense is corny.

Byron is a Lil b. They need to get rid of his old ***. He always throwing his guys under the bus. Never really takes any responsibility for the team. That's not a coach.

The 3 for 2 would be a good compromise to me.

After 3 consecutive fouls by one team while the other team not fouling, the bad free throw shooter would get 3 free throw attempts to achieve 2 points.

It would still give other team the opinion to foul bad the free throw shooters but the percentages would be low, teams wouldn't want to do it as often as they do now.

How do you, and others, keep missing the point the NBA has a long history of changing rules because one player/teams are exploiting existing rules?

-24 second shot clock (awww dont like the other team playing keep away for minutes at a time? Steal the ball mami)

-5 seconds back to the basket (can't stop Barkley from backing you down mami? Hit the weight room)

-Can't cross the FT Line until after the ball hits the rim (Tired of wilt grabbing his own boards? sorry mami, get some ankle weights and get your vert up)

-defensive/offensive 3 seconds in the paint (not big rnough to score/stop the big man inside? Sorry mami, grow more)

-3 pt line (aww mami Game not exciting enough for you? Well deal with it. Every bucket is still 2 pts)

yeah i agree with you.  i think its comedy . im waiting for next season when we can actually start rebuilding and i expect the lakers to hire another coach in the offseason. this lakers season doesnt matter to me. i watch all the games dont get me wrong but i dont care . i just want us to get a top 3 draft pick.

you can tell from these responses who has never played organized competitive ball. awww you arent entertained pumpkin? **** your enjoyment mami, we tryna win games. by any means necessary. you think it's petty. so what. it works. art of war. exploit your opponents weakness. So you're boxing and you see a cut over that right eye, you just gonna leave it alone because you think the audience will think less of you? Or are you going to attack that eye every chance you get because you know eventually there is a breaking point? Same in basketball. There's more at play than you think. It's not about necessary fouling you so you don't score. It's a chess move forcing you to change your lineup and take that player out. It's the arrogance or naivete of the coach that leaves the player in thinking shots will fall. He ignores the law of averages. It's his fault the sequence goes on so long. How do you blame the one employing the strategy? if a team gets the W, does it have small print under it like ('yea they won, but...hack-a-jordan is wack man')...I doubt it.
How do you, and others, keep missing the point the NBA has a long history of changing rules because one player/teams are exploiting existing rules?

GSW vs Thunder is going to be entertaining and fun to watch. Like watching Curry and Westbrook going at it is a must watch.

I trust Westbrook but still think Durant shrinks in big games

Durant doesn't shrink in big games. Last time he put up 30 at the half and averaged 30 in the finals in just his 4th season. The only games he did shrink though was against Memphis in his mvp season that I can remember. Needed a Reggie Jackson going ham game to get past them.

Or when the Clippers put CP3 on him in the playoffs and he couldn't get a shot off

Thats a lie he had like 16 4th quarter points and had 40 that game.

He had a few problems with cp3 but I remember he still got his shots. I personally don't remember the stats all I remember was the epic clippers choke.
Kd usually struggles with TA or KL on him he needs screens to get shots off on them

Yea KD never shrank or shrinks in big moments.

That Memphis series he just was locked up by Playoff Tony Allen.

All in that mans head TA was
