I don't understand what the hell the writers did with his character (actually it was probably making him into a starring role rather than recurring)he was so bad that the writers literally sent him away
Every 10 episodes or so the way Ed Helms played Andy was radically evolved into a charicuture of himself
Kevin was similar too but at least his character's evolution was pretty linear and steady

Andy was never a likeable character for me, but I guess that was the point. Kevin was borderline brain damaged at times but I liked the character so it wasnt too bad. Watching interviews with the actor who talks like a normal person is incredible, give that man an oscar
