Favors playing behind Millsap & Jefferson for a couple years was huge

hell of a player

Hey, Doc Rivers - Blake Griffin and 4 other guys who can't shoot is not an effective line up. Please pay attention to that. Thanks.

The Heat players know, and will all tell you, WHITESIDE is the most important piece on the team, and they go nowhere fast, without him.

I don't think SPoelstra likes him though

Exactly, if anything I think the players have been patient with Whiteside. But he has to grow up fast. This team isn't just trying to be good, they think they can be great. You're not wining anything if your mos IMPORTANT player can't stay out of foul trouble, or make key free throws, or make plays for his team mates.

I don't think there are a lot of NBA coaches who would like Whiteside's attitude, but his play speaks for itself. With that said he has a chance to get paid and do something special with the Heat. He has to play better.

Who is freezing Whiteside out... the players? Cuz all I see is them trying to get him the ball in spots where he'll be successful. The heat players know they need him for their team to be successful. At the beginning of games the Heat players all try to get him a couple easy buckets. The very first play of the third quarter was an alley to him. So iono bout freezing him out. If anything Whiteside forces too many bad shots when there are wide open shooters at the wing. He's also out of position in a lot of pick and roll plays.

Spo doesn't play Whiteside down the stretch in close 4th quarter games because he doesn't trust him to make the right play. Add on the fact he doesn't make free throws. And lets not forget the early foul trouble he's been the last few games. If he's not in the game due to foul trouble and the team is rolling without him why force the issue. Why risk injuring a guy in a blowout game.

If Whiteside wants to play more he has to play better. He'll have his opportunity, he just needs to make his free throws, pass out the double team, and stay outta foul trouble.
He's one of the best center's in the league as it pertains to foul ratio. A lot of that is Spo benching him for extended periods of time after he receives a few fouls... Spo also benches him for taking any mid-range shots, of which he's been/was one of our better mid-range shooters. nd collectively a lot of other things. They are hitting him with lobs but ignoring him when he's got mismatches or generally wants the ball outside of a lob. This is GG's third consecutive game having at least 5 more FG's than Hassan. Spo doesn't even have any plays for him. I'd be hella tight.

I disagree, Hassan has been hella cordial. I'd be pissed,

but I digress
