I'll go ahead and play contrarian/devils' advocate since I'm so used to it.

Steph ain't even close to GOAT.

I'm not just saying, "He ain't the GOAT."

I'm saying not even CLOSE.

Not right now.

"Son, if he keeps this up..."

Exactly. If.

What if he gives another 2/3 years like this, wins another championship or 2 in that time... and then falls off HARD? Then he's got 3 or 3 rings, tons of deep shots, easily top on the all time 3s list... but GOAT? Even if that's how it plays out, that's not even close to dudes who have 4, 5, 6... double digit championships, with just as many FMVPs.

He needs' to do what he's doing for another 7, 8, 9, 10 years to be the GOAT, just like other potential and eventual GOATs before him.

A few seasons does not a GOAT make.
I don't think people saying hes is the goat are being Serious. Hes just the best player right now and goat shooter so far.

Nah he's definitely not close to being the goat.

But like I said in the other thread, we could for sure be looking at the best peak of a player in league history right now.

So, today, TIM DUNCAN became the 1st player ever to hit 3k Blocks, and he passed Malone on the Rebound List for 6th All Time

Nah nah nah.

Kobe in 06 is one of my top 3 favorite seasons ever from a player. Off the top of my head I know he hit 40+ 25 or more times, 50 or more 6 times, etc.

Kobe wasn't this efficient. Kobe didn't have this type of gravity as a player that season. Stop it.
Sure, he wasn't this efficient.

But Sportscenter lead ins with the, "Kobe Watch" is basically what Steph is doing now in terms of breaking Twitters everytime he goes off.

You could have stopped at "Steph aint even........" and ended with "A few seas......." and that would have been enough.

But in classic Ska style, you painted a Monet instead of turning in something from a coloring book.

Plus it's clear the thread needs as much education as can be doled out, on the GOAT topic, thanks for elaborating

Lol ska check the list of how many players with 4,5,6 or double digits fmvps.

Once curry gets 3 or so he will be automatically on the top 5 list then it will be matter of time before hes goat

Thats cause Prime LeBron had an equal amount of hate amongst the adoration. No one hates Steph Curry so theres nothing to drown out the praise.

Steph is like bow wow in like mike. Dude laced up them UA and became a monster

:smh:

If Cam won UA stock would be going crazy. But the fact Nike has fallen off in the last few years on bball shoes and Steph is doing this..... :smh: Them Kyrie's must be collecting dust.

I never was, either.

But to say NOBODY was on Lebbywinks like they're on Chef?

Hell yeah they were. In droves, dozens, AND groups.

Even in moments of crisis such as the one in this clip, you have to remain disciplined, which is hard as hell against the Warriors.

No way should you be running away from STEPH CURRY with 6 seconds left. You should be picking him up and trying to turn him, making him work the ball up the floor. Also, the transition from offense to defense here from OKC is piss poor. Everyone has to get in front of the ball to help in regards to Roberson's pressure.

For real? The Kyrie One was the best looking intro shoe I've ever seen
