Kobe is just collecting his last checks.

Never thought I'd see the day he'd play like this though. Thought he would've retired before that.
 
I think it's funny.

Not everyone exits the game gracefully. Sometimes you end it playing like crap.

Hopefully Kobe turns it around, but then he still retires.

I think Kobe will turn it on... just give him a few weeks to work himself in to game shape

also, come the All Star break, Byron Scott will be able to mold this team into what he's looking for

Lakers will be fine, bright future ahead of them
 
Maybe Kobe has a plan.. He's going to have a one on one with Durant all game. They'll battle back and forth, and then in the closing seconds, Durant crosses Kobe, he falls down on purpose and KD drains a 3 over Kobe's lifeless body.

Kobe retires on the spot. But young padawon D'Angelo sees this occur. In between checking his Instagram and snapchat on the bench, he sees Kobe extinguish. It inspires him and he begins to learn the way of the Laker. And Kobe is never too far, as his ghost remains in Staples Center for years to come.

Rockets averaging 88pts through 3 games.

Maybe scoring 100 against the Thunder will give them a bit of a boost. 

No way they score over 115 though.
 
I can see the hope but honestly Kobe has nothing left. No lift, lateral quickness, no ability to blow by defenders, post game is useless now since he can't create separation to create His own shot off. That boat has sailed to be a useful contributor in a reduce role too.

Yo did Ty Lawson really pollute the Rockets with his losing ways? Cause they are horrible now. I havent watched much of their games but i see they blew a 20 point lead & then proceeded to lose by 20 themselves :x
