Tuesday night should be interesting.No I say things like Mudiay is shooting below 40% with more turnovers than assists. That's not nitpicking. And I've never compared randle to odom.
I find it interesting that everyone so heavily invested in the Mudiay/Russell debate go seemingly missing after Mudiay struggles but are present for every lakers game picking dlo apart.

The crazy part is Dwight averages about 20 & 14 career playoff numbers. Which includes 3 Conference finals appearances, and a trip to the finals as the #1 option. No center of this era has come close to that.
Dwight has to be the most disrespected player of this generation.

He would hve been if he gave me 30-12. He never did so he doesn't deserve to be in the conversation. He is better than Wall though.

Most memorable thing about Davis was when rookie Lebron had a wide open dunk and gave it to Ricky
Second most memorable thing was when he was 1 rebound shy of a triple double and shot at the wrong basket on purpose to give himself that 10th rebound

And I won't budge on 30 points. Wall is bigger, stronger and faster than all the PG's in the game. There is no reason he just cant post up all the smaller guards for an 15 easy points a night. All he has to do is turn around and lay it in.

There is no set number of points and rebounds that determines how great howard can be in the postseason. That's the point.

Dwight was the most consistent player on a rockets team that was 2 games away from the finals last year.
He averaged 16 & 14 in the playoffs last year. Those are great numbers. Really wish you stop focusing just on numbers with him. Wall has shot 35% in his career in the playoffs. Somebody looking solely at numbers will tell you that he's played horribly and hurt his team. But it's the opposite. Your line of thinking is really foolish.

Dwight Howard is a dominant defensive player. You combine that with 16 and 14 like last year (Awesome numbers) and you're talking about an excellent playoff performance.

Wrong. If he averages 5 PTS and 2 REB that would be failure. Fact.
We can play this game with every player in the NBA. If Curry averages 10 PTS in the playoffs I can guarantee GS doesn't repeat regardless of what others do.
No one has the heart I do to place any expectation on playoff Howard? No one wants to be wrong. I can care less if I am.

If Curry averages less than 35 ppg and less than 10 3s this playoffs, I wound consider that failure.

Dwight has always shown up for the playoffs, gutted through a lot of injuries, but the way people talk about him you wouldn't know it.

He averages EXACTLY 19.5 & 14 for his CAREER in the playoffs. Two years ago, he gave you 26 & 14 in the playoffs. Harden **** the bed though. Last year, he gave you 16 & 14 on a trip to the WCF as the 2nd option, coming off an injury riddled season.....on a team with a ball dominant guard, and entire team that jacks 3's.
Dwight is still VERY productive and his impact is felt. The Rockets maxed out last year at the WCF. Dwight more than showed up. It's really simple. Let it go.

Shoeking gave you the right answer in the last page. There is no such thing as an acceptable number. He aberaged 26-14 and lost in the 2nd round. Averaged 16-14 and made it to the WCF. Which one would you rather have?
If he plays defense at the level he usually does (and no, I don't care to see how many blocks he avg) he's doing his job. He was never considered the best Center because of his scoring. It was his elite defense and his average offense.

people love to hate on anyone in the nba that smiles........i.e lebron , dwight .....if you dont look like a douschebag (kobe) and i love kobe then people will hate , and even then the kobe slander in 05 was real "he doesnt pass , he rapes white girls" yada yada people LOVE to hate someone successful , happy and smiling at the same time .
