Breh "Kobe fans," "Bron haters," whoever. Just gasping at straws man.

He's ice cold from 3 right now so that obviously means he's washed. Nevermind everything else that he's doing to lead his team to like a 7-1 record

Who said that Lebron James is washed right now????????? what are u even talking about fam.

as long and illustrious as Kobe's career has been, and as much as he's done prior to 2013, I feel like the end of his career has been robbed from him.

ruptured achilles,
comes back after christmas,
plays 6 games,
breaks knee.
gone again.
comes back.
plays strong.
plays too strong.
needs to start taking games off.
Doesn't play when Freeze goes to cali to sit courtside to watch lakers/blazers.
Pisses Freeze off.
But he understands.
Still pissed.
Then kobe comes back.
Plays a game here.
Plays a game there.
Then goes for dunk in new orleans games.
Tears shoulder.

As much as I hate kobe, I can relate, as a Rose fan

Melo never gets any calls

He also has no bounce, and gets blocked a ton at the rim. Melo is probably the only player that doesn't flop going to the rim.

Yea Melo gets the least respect of any star I've ever seen in the league

exactly, you get it 100 percent. Rose was definitely robbed of the peak of his prime. That's not to say he doesnt still have a chance to not be sweet, but clearly his body is made differently than a westbrook in that russ could just bounce back from a torn knee and multiple surgeries. Son looks like he's never been hurt. Rose looks like a shell of what was and what could've been. it sucks so bad.

I don't think enough emphasis is placed on the value of health. We always gas up skills and talents, but the ability to stay healthy longterm is the most valuable asset.

I really hope Melo gets a chance to work with a real squad in the east, his game has never been predicated on being overly athletic and seems to have a game much like Pierce that will progress well over time, Porzingis seems to look like he can be a player in the future. hopefully they are finally able to lure a real second piece before he's out of his prime.

Agree 100% -- especially at a high level. It's funny when you bring up certain players, some folks are quick to play the "but he played for a long time, of course he has high stats!" card. Longevity is undervalued in sports for some reason. If you can play 20 years at a ridiculous level (Jerry Rice, Stockton) then you deserve hella praise.

He missed that opportunity when he turned down Chicago.

Facts of life.

The one constant amongst the greatest players of all time is that they've never suffered serious injuries in their primes. If they did have an injury, it was at the very beginning, or tail end of their primes.
