Wow, I forgot all about that.
I think its safe to say Washington would make that deal today regardless of where Beal is in his development . I don't see him being better than Harden. But, imagine if that helped lure KD away from OKC this offseason. :x

Let me ask ya'll...how would Wall's development be today (if they made the trade back in 2012) if the Harden deal went through? Beal isn't nearly as ball-dominant, and from that aspect, it's the one reservation that I had about making the deal.

once he learns how to use his body. and he actually see's how strong he is, kid is going to be lethal. it's incredible how strong and physical is actually is. and super humble. he dunks in pre game warmups lol. he had a missed dunk in the open scrimmage a few weeks ago..that was his last in game dunk attempt lol. he said **** that. lol

Not exactly. Not at all actually. All rookies do not show the capacity to be good, very good, great, etc. Some people show certain tools, that don't show in the box score just yet.Same could be said for all rookies. I won't name names
