We released Tony Wroten for Ish Smith? Man WUT

I'm assuming the team hasn't liked what they saw after his return from his ACL tear

Get rose out of there by trade deadline if they wanna make the 2nd rd. Hand jimmy the Keys and role out. Dudes living in the past still are in denial. He's not that guy he was years ago and won't ever be again. We say this same **** every year and make excuses for him but the injuries he's had will do that to a dude. He might be another one of those what could've been stories. Sad cuz he was one of the most exciting players at that time but the emergence of russy has made it easier for us fans.
 
Hold up Hinkie gave up 2 of his precious 2nd round picks. First it's 70 degree weather on xmas eve on the East Coast now this. Rapture is coming.
 
I really would love to know what the hell philly is doing man :lol: ish balled for the Pelicans but damn I'm confused at this move

Bulls with a healthy Rose are like Boston being undefeated with Perkins. Bulls with a healthy Deitrick would wash everyone according to the hype in here. I think I have more dislike towards Deitrick than Lebby which is saying a lot for me.
 
Sixers did try to bring Ish back during the off season but he declined. Why didn't we just pick him off waivers when the Wizards cut him?

Apparently more people are getting cut to bring in Vets

It's sad I agree with this but also Rose making that free agent comment at media day makes me believe that the front office will not resign him and move on. I'm sure there will be a PR hit but this is the same group that pushed out Phil and Jordan so why not say "no!" to the hometown kid. Plus what do you pay him?

To keep it a buck...ish smith is currently a better basketball player than tony Wroten.

Tony Wroten only ranks higher on the eye test scale. He jumps higher and has flashier crossovers...and he's taller.

That's it.
 
Like I said, Rose best playing days in Chicago is done. He's not gonna do it for this team anyore. He's already looking to the future, wherever it may be.

Bulls is Jimmy's team now.
Without Noah, Gibson and soon, Rose. The rebuild will happen and this so called championship window is done. Been done.

Now if rose can go to the Spurs heheh
 
I can't believe we just released Wroten. He was one of like 4 decent basketball players on our roster. I like Ish Smith but it's not like he made much of a difference last year for us....
 
Nerlens mentioned he loved playing with Ish a few times this year already and the team in general really liked him. Makes sense now I guess

Wasn't he one of only, like four players with more than two years of NBA playing experience? And a couple of those dudes don't even play. They're literally playing all first and second year guys.

Edit: Carl Landry, Wroten and Kendall Marshall.

It was him, Kendall Marshall, Hollis Thompson and Carl Landry. Rest of the team are 1st and 2nd year guys

Landry the only player with 4+ seasons
