Black Privilege? Does It Exist?

Depends on how you look at it tbh. I don't consider using it a privilege but contextually it fits.

At fast food restaurants it does. Sometimes might get a free drink . That Hispanic/Latino privilege definitely exists at Chipotle.

I wouldn't say privilege, maybe perks.

This might be a better way of putting it. Privilege kinda implies you have a stronger built in advantage

But what are really the best "perks" doe. Being able to say the "n-word" without getting in trouble

Hispanic/Latino privilege ...I remember going to a neighborhood fast food spot I frequent one night, and the females had a day off and came in from the neighborhood bar with friends. Two car loads deep, they entered the restaurant grabbing cups for free drinks, free food, and all behind the counter making their own meals. While the managers watched.

Blacks don't have advantages that other groups do not?
Not in America.
Explain...

This word "privilege" has been tossed around a lot lately everywhere. So I just found this definition:

a. A special advantage, immunity, permission, right, or benefit granted to or enjoyed by an individual, class, or caste.

Based on that definition I say it does exist in certain ways.

It doesn't exist in the United States of America which partially answers the thread title question. At least not as an actual privilege. Stuff I'm reading is more like things we've been regulated to and settled for.

I'm sure it might exist in a general sense in the world. Maybe in South Africa at one point in time.

Maybe you can name some things you think are privileges that ppl with black skin have as an advantage.

That's cook privilege not Latino. Just happens a lot of cooks are Latino... We don't pay full price or anything to go out to eat. :pimp:
