Post your observations from Week 7...

-Just too many mistakes. Defense did it's job again. Not really in must win mode just yet though with the rest of the East looking like trash especially....

-#chipthegm. You get rid of your 2 best WRs and now want to talk after the game about execution. You keep mid-level talent, you going to get mid-level results.

-Of course the media and NT will talk about Hardy & Dez.

-All I can do is sit back and laugh at everyone who thought JJ Watt was an MVP candidate last year. Blinded by those 1 yard TD receptions. LOL @ "4-5 wins with just him alone". We see you out there getting those garbage time sacks too...

-Props to the Falcons for struggling against the Titans.

-Props to Luck stat padding after he put his team behind 20+ points. "His INT % ratio is just as low as the greats though...", "It's

-We see you Coop & Gurley.

-What Brady did yesterday was probably the performance of the season so far.

-Allen Robinson=most underrated WR in the game.

-Welcome back Berry.

Quotes of the Week
-It's equivalent to an NBA guy playing 3 seasons averaging 10 points a game, then year 4, 3 games in he scores 30 points three straight and people wanna label him an elite scorer. No, that's a hot streak. Luck, to start the year, is on a cold streak.-@CP1708
-the majority of his work, he takes very good care of the football.-@CP1708 on Luck
-In general, sure, TO's are bad. Absolutely. But not EVERY TO is.-@CP1708 on Luck
-He is in the top tier of fewest INT's per pass, ever. Period.-@CP1708 on Luck
-It's not an issue.-@CP1708 on Luck's INTs

-What Brady did yesterday was probably the performance of the season so far.

:rolleyes He did have a great 4th, but I wouldn't say performance of the season.

 shots fired at CP.

Jets

Went into this game saying a win or loss wouldn't make or break this team. Proud of them going the distance in Foxboro and losing by a score. A score mind you, that Marshall had in his hands and let slip away :smh:

- Injuries, injuries everywhere. Ivory, Sheldon and Skrine came back, but I'm praying for Mangold and Pryor to be okay
- Not sure what that play calling was (or lack of) heading into the Half when we just let the clock wind down - knowing the Pats got the ball to start the 3rd
- Need to start seeing more of Devin Smith already

Oakland won't be a cakewalk on Sunday, but no way do I think they score 37 on us like they did against SD. Jets should win and continue to keep pace for a WC spot.

Don't get me wrong, your defense is great and ya'll really should've won. No running game and drops all day and still found a way to get it done. It's impressive. It's up there with Dalton's performance against Seattle.

-Important thing to remember about Andrew Luck's picks is that he's really punting the ball, which helps his defense.  Like when he punted to his own 28, leading to an immediate Saints touchdown.  Or when he punted on to his own goal line.

-You do have to consider he was going up against a talented defense.  Actually the 32nd ranked defense in the world,  Rob Ryan's New Orleans Saints.   And even after this tough loss the Colts are still #1 in their division—that's what a fighter (a winner) like Andrew Luck does.  He wins even when he's losing.

-Forget the first half for a second.  Consider the comeback—let's say Luck comes in the game taking over for some garbage QB who played like one of the worst players in the league for half a football game.  And then he scores 21 points against the Saints putrid defense and still falls short and loses.  Wouldn't he be one of the GOATs?

-Brady, Rodgers, Luck.  After that I'm not too sure....

Truth. But in hindsight, that's typical Brady :smh: I've seen it done countless times over the years. You blitz heavy on him, he's just going to dump it to Gronk, or any of his RBs, etc. Jets linebackers are really slow too, so once receivers have open range, they're off to the races.

'Who is the Steelers QB right now'

'Landry Jones'

'Who'?

'Exactly'

Playing with house money, bound to end at some point

Eagles

- pathetic effort from anyone considered a wide receiver on this team. Chip *sigh* you should have done more to keep Maclin. These guys will not cut it, it's clear
- Ryan Mathews had 1 carry the rest of the game after his 63 yard touchdown :x
- once again the defense does enough to keep us in the game but it's all for nothing. so many wasted turnovers, whole secondary are ball hawks

Everyone Else
- Cam is not an MVP candidate, that TEAM collectively is playing it's butt off. Wouldn't be fair to say Cam is outplaying everyone else on the roster. Woo the storylines that will be had when Cam beats the media darling Andrew Luck next week in primetime :nerd:

- the Dolphins played out of their minds in the first half yesterday. Seems like every TD was 50+ yards :x

- just gotta be real, Andrew Luck is tremendously overrated. ANY other QB in this league would get murrrrrrdered for leading the entire league in turnovers the last year+

- Kirk Cousins played his butt off in the second half, Bucs can't close smh

- IDC about "passion" Greg Hardy is an ******* and should be fined by the team. Jerry Jones needs to have some backbone and defend his assistant coaches. Insubordination should not be tolerated

- Amari Cooper is incredibly special that catch over double coverage and the screen pass with 3 cutbacks was insane. it's time to give the Raiders some credit, they've struck gold in the draft the last two years (Mack, Cooper, Carr)

- Jets played well enough to win but Brandon Marshall killed them with that dropped TD. Brady literally throwing the ball on every play and the Jets still couldn't stop them, not many QB's can pull out that win

It's kinda sad that Jerry didn't know when Romo could come back and play. C'mon now

It's all subjective, but Shoes has a good case.

Down in the 4th and went 14/17 for 150 yards, 2 TD's vs. arguably the best defense in the NFL.

Sort of a flashbyke to the Superbowl (13/15 for 135 yards, 2 TD's).

...

The Jets are for real though. It's early, but I believe in Todd Bowles.
No running game and drops all day and still found a way to get it done. It's impressive.
TWELVE drops, half of those by Jojo LaFell. A couple of those were poor/low throws from Tom, but still.

Maybe it's dem deflated footballsszzsszzzs.

He led the team in rushing yards and carries too.

Aite that's enough for one post...had to get that outta the way.

-Wish we played better but watching the Cowboys shoot themselves in the foot never gets old.

- Chip is on the phone with USC right now.

- Those young Raiders got next

- I really thought this would be Lucks year but he's been terrible with the turnovers. Can't defend this.

- Bipolar Kirk Cousins strikes again

That Trump hat pic is a ps though

-The Jets look legit man, they're the number 1 contenders for the AFCE throne imo(sorry Fins fans, calm down )

- No running game? No problem for TB . **** he ended up as the leading rusher as well .

-Another 4th quarter comeback in the books :pimp:,Jojo Lafell rejoices  :smh:

-Amendola has been quietly outplaying Edelman lately...

-Gronk doing what Gronk does and making grown men weep and look like children trying to get him down

-3rd down D was absolutely atrocious though, gonna need BB to make some serious moves in that secondary to really solidify the D. There's no problem with the front 7.

-Time to knock back down this weeks new supposed "heir apparent" to the divisonal throne...week 2 it was Buffalo, last week was the Jets and now this week the Fins have that hype . Can't wait

Around the league:

-Love watching that young Raiders squad, they have a lot of solid talent and Coop might already be top 10  :x.

- WTH was that Bolo?!?! One week after tossing for 500 yards and almost beating Green Bay  :x

- 9ers continuing to reap what they sow, can't even be mad at that

- Skins with the gutsy W,Cousins heard S&T loud and clear . KInd of pissed though that it's gonna validate that clown Gruden :smh:

- Bills need Tyrod back BADLY. That morning, internet only game still drew 34m viewers...Roger won :x

-People need to quit giving Cam all the credit for the Pathers,he didn't have the best game yesterday but his D showed up as they have all season long. That's the real strength of that squad. Cam's still an MVP candidate but no need to disrespect Thomas Davis and his boys .

- Gurley :wow: :x :x. Dude is already a problem and plays like AP 2.0.

- Colts are so trash man ,they'll still breeze to the playoffs and get washed as per usual . What's good with Luck though,he doesn't look the same right now at all. Still thinking the shoulder has something to do with it but damn might as well take a chance with Hasselbeck if this keeps up.

- Arian Foster :frown: :smh:

- Eric Berry officially byke :pimp: :pimp: :pimp:

- Cowboys losing in such a Cowboys like fashion . Jurrah is on some other stuff with those Hardy comments, dude probably feels like he's invincible due to the lack of accountability. How are you gonna let him go unpunished after he got physical with a member of your coaching staff? :x

- NFCE is a crapshoot as always.

- Minny's quitely getting things done and getting better

Hell yeah. I remember some folks on here hating hard on them for reasons I didn't understand...

They showed me something when they came up here last season and were competitive all game. Flashes of potential.

#startTheCarr

#startTheMackTruckToo

Meanwhile, in Indianapolis...

Reports are that Ryan Grigson and Jim Irsay had a "heated discussion" in the locker room after the game. Would've loved to been a fly on that wall (or a pill in that cabinet) during that...

Oof, Lovie Smith.

"YOU LIKE THAT??? YOU LIKE THAT!!!"

103 points in 7 games...

Jim Tomsula is a greasy *** meatball...
**** Jed York and his father

-Brady ruled us but we were stupid to let Gronk free himself up for that red zone TD :smh:

-Detroit continues to look like hot garbage

-Oakland layed an *** whoopin on the Chargers :wow:

-Houston does not ride for their coach not one bit

-Carolina strikes again

-Giants needed a kickoff and interception return to beat Dallas

-Chuck Pagano should just clean his office today

-I see you Gurley :pimp:

-A week with no Aaron Rodgers makes me sad :frown:

Texans
- Sad sacks of ****. Second year under BOB, and you're looking like you may have to hit the restart button once again on these ******* losers.
- Even with the AFC South being a dumpster fire, BOB, McNair and Smith aren't about to fool me with that "still second in the division" ********.

Seahawks
- Love beating the Niners who looked hapless, but this o-line is still abysmal, and Wilson is gonna get killed if that continues.
- It's cool Graham is getting more into the offense, but I'd rather that trade be rescinded cause having Wilson protected is more valuable than Graham being sometimey in the offense.

The League
- Poor Tampa  what a crappy way to lose
- I expected Landry Jones to do a lot more to help the Steelers out than what he did. He basically handed the Chiefs a win
- Greg Hardy's interview   dude is a nut. Cowboys really are an accident waiting to happen like people say. They were abusing the Giants with the run, and could have actually handed the ball off every play, but you knew they would put the game in Cassel's hand, and what to you get? Kirk Cousin & Eli's division to lose. Wasted McFadden's game right there.
- Panthers are legit. Impressed that Cam is able to do this with a guy with the last name Funchess as his best WR. The defense is nasty too.
- Sam Bradford looks like the most scared and under-confident person on the field. For every beautiful accurate pass he makes, he'll look like a dog shaking in the cold rain.
- Good lord Bills  those were the Jags
- Pretty bad that the Falcons only scored 10 against the Titans. You can't have a high powered offense like that and put on that performance against the Titans, with a garbage Mettenberger.

Eagles had the most dropped passes in a game since 2009 yesterday

pathetic
