Been gettin a cold sore once or twice a year since HS 

Just one small pimple on my lip.

Last a few days max, no sweat off my brow.
 
That's ya problem. I used to love doing that **** back at 18/19 but I quickly changed that to a love of sucking breasticles. I can smash a girl and never kiss em, bring them ******* here tho.

As someone who gets cold sores, they are the bane of my existence when they pop up. So yeah not harmful, but you don't want it on your face especially if you're a fly dude. That insecurity plus the misjudging from other folks. No idea how I contracted it, i've had it before I even thought about kissing/sex, and none of my family nor women i've dated have it (I make sure of that, being careful). I dread that convo with the women I date but it always turns out to be no deal at all. At it's worse, when I was in a rollercoaster relationship it was like once a month, didn't have full control of my emotions back then which triggers it. Emotional changes, extreme dehydration and cutting up my face with a sharp razor are my triggers. Learning more about them I get it max 1 time a year, if that. I have no doubt I can get it to the point of never having another outbreak, just needs discipline.
 
How do I not get the herps?

Dudes walking around with live herpes cultures in their system, couldn't be me

Used to happen more when I was a kid. Like if i showered with an open window or caught a cold. I would get a "fever blister"

I've had a few outbreaks as an adult and it usually lasts for 4-5 days. It is embarrassing, but gotta keep your head up haha. I was going thru a ho stage the last time it happened, so I decided to just stick to one woman.seems safer. Y'all be easy outchea
