I would most definitely take the time to master some sort of martial art if I was in law enforcement.

Not square up, but at least be well-versed in different take-down and restraining techniques.

Everything police do is scrutinized, even if a cop beats someone up using judo in self defense he still risks losing his job because of media bias. I mean all that high school girl faced was being thrown to the ground and people are making comments like she got stomped out and shoot in the chest (dead serious).

I don't think an officer taking someone down would be quite in the same level as shooting someone. Of course there will be many variables that would determine if it seems necessary in the public eye. That's why mastering a technique would be good, you can't possible prevent it from escalating by giving yourself a better chance to control the situation before you have to resort to giving an ***-whooping or turning to your gun.

Who cares if pigs get scrutinized, complete immunity and license to murder minorities with zero actual repercussions seems like more than a fair trade off.

Well I don't know about you, but every officer-involved shooting seems to be put under the microscope whether it's 'justified' or not. If anything, cops are put on blast more than ever, which is good and bad.

This has been the safest year for police since 1887. This "war on cops" melarchy is just propoganda to get people to sympathize with them and their tactics

Did you read what he wrote?
He said Impunity basically it doesn't matter how many riots, marches or news reports get put under a microscope, the odds are in your favor if you have a badge bruh. You the worst that can happen to you is the city knows it's at fault and they make a settle meant with the deceased members family. Doesn't matter to them it's not the forces money it's the tax payers who will be footing the bill. So...
like he said it's kind of a no loss situation.
Murderers are always afraid of being murdered. Thieves are always afraid of someone stealing from them. Cheaters are always afraid of being cheated on.

Oh I'm not saying you equate what happened to her being murdered, but I have seen many comments with false equivalences. There are people saying, damn, he almost murdered that girl. The only thing the public would see as the right course of action for police is using NO force. If they talk someone down and they refuse to back down, they think the police should just let them go. And let's not forget anyone that expects society to comply by simple laws is a slave.

The cops should just let these kids kill themselves for all I care.

This statement proves that your opinion should be held in high regard.

I'm just saying, if I became a cop today I'm not working in the inner city. Give me a cush desk job in the burbs so I can break up white house parties without anyone putting it on the news.
