I couldn't find one either, so I had it laminated at Staples, then bought some thin plywood that I cut to the exact dimensions of the poster. I attached the poster to the plywood, then bought some nice 2" wooden molding, painted it black, and cut it to the frame dimension and used strong wood glue to put it all together. I'll DM you a picture.
