Quick note from my trip to Lee, MA, on Saturday. Talked to two employees about upcoming F&F. One guy who seemed pretty clueless said F&F is this weekend, but the guy who actually seemed to know the score said it's the first weekend of December. He said straight up the other dude didn't know what he was talking about. So, plan accordingly...

If you're asking what the hash wall is, it's the wall around the back of the store on which the shoes in lidless boxes are displayed for sale. The lids are cut off for easier viewability.

I'm no expert but the shoes on the hash wall are not as plentiful as the shoes in the aisle. I think that is where a lot of the returns end up. Also shoes on the hash wall are discounted more than the rest of the items. You can find some gems sometimes on the wall soll, your less likely to find full size runs. I always viewed it like the clearance section in a clothing store. Last time I went I grabbed a pair of LeBron 13s for $120 the week after they came out but it was only one pair in a size 16

thanx so much for this. but this has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in ANY store I've ever seen. called and was put on hold for 8 minutes last night,hung up called back and was on hold for 5+ minutes hung up again and the same thing. waited a few minutes and called back and the same thing 2 more times eventually i called back and asked for a manager and finally spoke to someone in footwear. just to be told she will call me back when she's able to process my order and never got a call back. finally called just now and got through with no problems.

I've had bad customer service instore also. I usually fill out the survey on receipt and explain what happened.

I've had that happen to me before. Manager gave me a call for the sneakers i wanted to purchase after i told Nike i was displeased with service. They told me it was because they were very busy with instore customers.

Yes, that too.  Forgot that - even though that's where a lot of the gems come from.  Also, some transfers from NikeTowns in low quantities go back there immediately - my local has a couple CWs of the Westbrook 0 and a Melo 11 that went straight to hash.
