Does the tag say v02 or v10 it looks like v10 on my monitor but i can't see it that well in the picture

That's the wrong box label too, the V10 goes with international/overseas stuff, it should be V02. The other tag on the box with the price and item, etc is also wrong. That font is wrong too for that should be more of an Arial style font.

:lol: the box size and paper on the inside weren't even close either, guy must have thought I'd be clueless.. here's a question now, do I escalate to a claim asap or wait for the p.o.s to respond? Which will help win my case

Have the greenish/olive paper in it? If it was me i'd ask him first if not response or smart remarks, i'd just file the claim with paypal. That's just me though maybe i'm too nice lol.

I was very cordial with him in the text, no response, so I did the PayPal first step and he responded right away. Long story short, he claims he had no idea but he refunded me already and is letting me keep the shoes. Gonna see how well these things hold up
