Legit Check: Tech Grey 4

I just got these and I checked the ebay listing as best as I could, but something is bothering me. The top waffle doesn't line up with the holes beneath it. Also, the left shoe's toe box where it meets the sole seems to be off/crooked.  Are these fake?  Thank you!

These are called Oreo 4s and they look fine so far but you need more pics

Thank you. Yes I know they're called Oreo 4s. I just went with the "Tech Gray" straight from Nike's site.
