Nike Air Jordan Retro Metallic V - 7/23/16

SNKR having a full size run of these right now.Ill cop on a restock or outlet hopefully.I didn't want these.But my attitude might change later on down the line.2 reasons why there still available.$220 was s turn off.And they've released Metallic 5,s alot compared to other retros.Ive had them every time they where released.Starting with the OG,s.So im tired of them.The last decent release of these where the 2005-2006 with the 23 on the side.I think that was the year,I'm not sure.But the quality was good.Both of my pairs didn't crumble or seperate.I was surprised at how they lasted compared to other retros released around that time.Its funny people keep saying i hope all future releases are like this.Bred 1 will be a different story.SJ 11 might be like this.But that's a maybe.Black infrared 6 remastered won't be easy in the future.Because it will have the right material with NA.Nike was smart putting that BS material on the BLK/red/infrared 6 twice.People are waiting for that.
 
Received my pair from snkrs last night. First time in a long time that I can say that I have a flawless pair. No excess glue. Everything is on point.
 
This afternoon my daughter and I went on an impromptu trip to scour for one more size 13. Not sure how accurate the sentiment is that these are "totally sitting everywhere." Just because you see one or two on a store shelf doesn't mean they all have FSRs. It took me 5 places to find one size 13. Three of the places were completely sold out of Vs.

But I did eventually get one more pair. And I found this hat:

BLAAAOW! How ya like me now? LOL. It's even brighter than the tongues. It dominates the whole pic.

I managed to score two pairs for $136.56/each after using free gift cards and promo codes. I really hope Black/Red I's, and True Blue III's will be this easy to pickup. As for the Space Jam XI's, I have no hope for those being an easy cop, unless Nike produces a million pairs.

that hat is over kill you should of gottten the nike reflective hat. tooo much jordan logo

I wasn't joking. My daughter is like my shadow, and a shorter version of me. The funny part is that she points out all the shoe stores now and knows them by name. And she'll go in and say "I have these." Or, "My Daddy has 3 pairs of those." She's FIVE. LOL.

Many female employees tend to think it's like the coolest thing ever and strike up conversations. And I always think, "What if I were single?" LOL.

But I'm also experienced enough to know the grass isn't always greener. Plus I do actually love my girlfriend, who happens to be my daughter's mother. So there's that. LOL.
 
Yup so went to the mall and they have it but to my surprise it was the display model and i take a closer look and it has a crease on the side of the left shoe. So i passed.... i can still get it online but i wanted to buy the 3rd pair in cash... damn anybody know where i can buy a 11.5 in so cal?

As I found out earlier today when I went looking for another 13, SoCal seems to be drying up. A better bet might be online if you don't want to do hella driving.
 
Really want them, but that $220 price tag isn't helping. Passed on the I say 3 times since last Saturday at malls and random places
 
These black metallics look better after they been brokem in IMO. Can't wait to beat em up

ive had this week off of work , plus i kinda like hunting for a pair like the old days, but i might have to pick them up online. I just didnt want a 3rd paid showing up on my bank statement lol ....

Buy a Nike gift card for cash at a Ralphs and use that to purchase online ;-).
