I also tried...when I swipe my finger it goes back to the swipe screen.  Tried twice then used password....still no 100% confirmation.  I hate to order on another site and pay shipping if SNKRS goes thru.

fingerprint worked for me...you android or I phone? It made the transaction much easier since I didn't have to put my password

All of this, I got through for a 12.5 which NEVER happens.

They also went straight to cart on FTL.com, which is also quite an anomaly.
