Damn that's a lot of tax, I only payed $2.81 for tax.
In Texas it's 8.25% tax.
Yeah, but no state tax. For all we know he's getting a screw job from the state every paycheck

No state income tax is a beautiful thing

and we will never have one
You're telling me. I've lived in FL till I 20 and kept my residency my whole life. Ironically, the last place I lived in FL was in your neck of the woods, Panama City. Big ups to Innovations Federal Credit Union and my primary Tyndall FCU, been hold me down since '96

. Go 'Noles as well.  Lived in TX for 9 years, too. I'll probably grow roots in Houston after this gig is over. Not the prettiest city, but tons of opportunity, cheap, and love the people/city. In CA now and no way in hell I'm letting this state touch my paycheck with their taxes.

every OG colorway has came out for the 6s though... its hard to believe an OG colorway will get the nike air treatment... the maroons were dope but i would be hyped if they came out with the black infrareds... but on another note i hope the next release for nike air on other OG colorways is for the 4s like black cements

I believe that the all star 6s will be the black infrareds with Nike air. Because he wore that pair in the Charlotte ASG and before yesterday, the ASG was to be held in Charlotte

these Vs are absolute fire.  copped two flawless pairs today without much trouble at all.  All the store managers and staff were in such a friendly chill mood.  lovely day!!

rocked one pair for a few hours today,.. so comfy.  no creasing whatsoever

I will say they are more snug than the WC4s.  These Vs are TTS.  The WC4s ran big and I had to 1/2 size down.

Those of you buying these J's online without a test fit must not be picky about your fit.  It would drive me NUTS to drop this kind of money and not have a perfect fit.

glad the supply was so deep on these.  Bring on the TB3s!!

From 2007-2012, the economy was in a deep recession and the strategy of MNC's was to cut costs every which way they could while remaining profitable. Production spending by Nike/JB was curtailed, hence why retros during this time period suffered from poor materials and mediocre craftsmanship. Nonetheless, consumers still copped in abundance which allowed Nike to maintain profits while saving money. During this time, Nike already knew consumers were thirsting for "Nike Air" branding but they waited it out until the time was right.

As the economy improved from 2013 forward, we have seen a dramatic increase in production, better materials, and Nike's new initiative to "re-master" the originals by returning NA branding.

In addition, over the last couple of years or so we have also seen other brands such as Adidas and Under Armour increase their spending in order to increase production/profits by signing such stars as Steph Curry and Kanye West, to name a few, so that they could secure a larger part of the market share. A slow but sure economic recovery from recession allowed them to do this, offer more jobs to people and in turn, increase spending and production.

Good read
