If you can't get through your day with just water, you have issues and should see a doctor. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to go to the gym and work, off 6-8 hours of sleep

Most people who work out and use preworkouts do it to enhance their workout, not necessarily for the reasons you mentioned.

The better preworkouts allow you to workout more efficiently (more focus, more energy, more strength) thus providing you with a more efficient workout and muscle gains.

Im ALL the way good on this. My friend was taking it and he took a nose dive in his sexual encounters also. Damn near to the point he had erectile dysfunction. Doctors told him to stop. Everyones body is different though.

I just take Orgain Organic Protein before and after a workout and im good. Stuff be having me go 3 rounds in bed with my shorty too :lol:.
 
c4 does nothing to me. pre-jym on the other hand is great.
 
I took Jack3d once over the summer before smashing. Damn near murdered that *****. Ain't been right since.
 
I'm telling yall I made a thread about erectile dysfunction awhile back cause I went through a phase where my **** would not get on swole for nothing. Couldn't find out wtf was wrong with me and come to find out people who took these workouts such as "Jack3d" had the EXACT same problem. Once I got off that bs my joint was back being harder than a bulletproof vest. Everybody is different but man that **** sucked

it's similar to alcohol. You don't need alcohol to go out and have a good time, it just makes the experience much better and you do stuff that you typically feel that you wouldn't have the confidence/ability to do.
 
Go in the workout thread, so much talk about supplements. Folks talk as if they are legal steroids

The term supplement inherently means "something you don't need" . It's supposed to help you but you can live without it.

I personally don't mess with that stuff. I'll have a cup of coffee before the gym but that's because I'm gonna have a cup before I leave work no matter what.

Too many dudes spending too much time researching this garbage on the internet than the actual gym
 
Im a pre-gym coffee guy as well. Took C4 before and it was okay, only did a half scoop. Some of my boys dont even take it with water, they literally just swallow the powder. Smh.

Never felt jittery though.
 
This. Dudes become dependent then when they find themselves in a situation where its not available they train like **** there's no longevity in that

I worked in a hood gnc and got so much free stuff. Instead of throwing away ppl returns I'll bring it home

So for a few months I took a pre every day i worked out. And i lift everyday. C4 regular. C4 50x and bpi vortex. Gold standard too. Taking it so much ended up giving me a headache

Cycling off and on is really important. Bcaas give energy too but the beta alanine is what makes me only take a good pre on leg day since im in there for 2 hours killing that
 
Throw it away.

I used pre-workouts so much and have become desensitized to it. I have to use about 4-8 scoops each time now :smh:
A dude I work with is like that. He keeps so many different pre workouts at the office. A whole drawer full.

Makes a lot of sense that he's a very weird, dude.:lol:
