Would a DS pair be wearable still? I coach and would want to wear them to practice/scrimmage in them. What are your thoughts, thanks in advance.

Get some glue on deck. I have 2 pair and both have issues. The rocked pair needed a significant sole re-glue and the stocked pair has a few spots where I see sole separation starting since I'm wearing them now. Not enough separation to repair yet, but I see it around the midsole in front of the arch on both shoes where my foot flexes. How the shoe was stored can make a difference in wearability as well. Thanks! But what about a pair from 2000
That happened during a match? Those seem to be old and not much worn (no scuffs but very yellowed outsoles).
Happened in a game last year.
I think it has to do with heat build up in the shoe from playing in it. I wore my 2000 concords on a cruise, actually the day trip in the Bahamas, and when I got back to the ship I could almost pull the whole outsole off. The ground was hot as hail and I think that's why the separated so much.wow that looks dangerous lol. could have messed up his ankle. as long as you're not playing and cutting as hard as the old derrick rose you should be fine. If you're really worried you could just go ahead and do a re glue first to ease your mind a bit
I literally treat my 2000s like rain boots cause its the only time I really wear them.
There's some separation, nothing significant but I still want to avoid further separation.
What glue is best for restorations?
