Wrestling Thread 11/9-12/14 | Dec 13 WWE TLC - Sheamus (c) vs Roman Reigns TLC WWE Title Match

They seriously put a Diva's contract signing segment as the main event for a go-home PPV show?

And a somewhat tasteless insult by Paige about the Flair son who OD'd:

divas division aint the same without nikki
she was really improving and on top her game

wwe really went there with young flair's OD

Yeah Reid Flair really shouldn't have been touched. Especially by Paige's horrible acting/mic work.

Sasha would've delivered that line with so much Fierce. Pun intended.

But Sasha is also classier to say "naw I'm not saying that BS" why you ask? Because she's not Ratchet.

There's no way Charlotte can lose this match on Sunday but knowing WWE booking, she's going to tap out in the middle of the ring. Charlotte has to absolutely destroy Paige for the Reid jab to have been worth it in my opinion. They can't have a hard fought match.

Saw somebody compare Charlotte to Reigns, and they were pretty spot on  she would clearly be better heel, cause there's only so many times you can cry for cheers. That's a reason a can't stand Tommy Dreamer. Cries when the match starts, cries when the toilet flushes, cries when the doorbell rings.

I finally got caught up on a month worth of wrestling...I fast forward through most of it. As soon as I heard about Seth vacating his title and saw there's a tournament for it, I automatically thought of WWF in 1998. I dunno if this is a coincidence or what , but this storyline is very similar. Authority = Corporation, Rock = Reigns, and this is all happening at Survivor Series? Idk maybe I'm reading too much into it , and even if that was the case, this isn't even remotely on the same level as the greatness of the Rock and WWF in 98. Sorry if this was discussed already.

Anyway, WWE is really bad. I can't even watch it consistently now at this point.

Yeah, it's been mentioned for a while now and how Vince could basically repeat the same 1998 storyline.

What happens this Sunday at SS should tell us if Vince has the right plan or not.

If they really want the title on Reigns, he has to turn heel and join the authority. He's going to get booed when he wins, you might as well play the crowd into kayfabe

Vince needs to play this smart. Sext's injury is basically a blessing in disguise for everyone.

And SS will be in the ATL this Sunday. ATL is a smark city?

KO is good man. Like really really good. He could be a top level heel for a long time.

But then again we said the same thing about Dean Ambrose.

If shameus cashes in and wins I'am done with this company.

This Jamaican beef patty with pepperoni and cheese is everything right now :smh:

So don't watch WWE... I don't... There's plenty of great wrestling out there... NJPW, Lucha Underground, ROH, Evolve, PWG, Revpro, Progress...

^there's also these things called podcasts which are often times better than what's on TV. I keep mentioning those to @DCAllAmerican, but he's such a mark, posting on WWE.com asking when Cena will be back :smh:
