Most Powerful Woman in NYC?

So me and my girl were having a simple argument during our lunch break over who is the most powerful woman in NYC. We both work government jobs but she is very biased and believe it to be females involved in the government such as the Mayor's wife and the Speaker of NYC. I shot down both those claims and said it is probably the richest woman. She thinks money isn't everything lol but I explained how history has shown how much money has an effect in everything we do. What do you guys think?

You realize half the people in NY alone couldnt tell you the most powerful woman on they block? Let alone random people on the interwebs.

My answer is your wife cause she made you make this dumb thread because you couldn't articulate your argument to her

she would have the dirt on most the politicians, and business men.

Because based on the definition im sure it could be different people.

legally- my first thought was Hillary.

illegally would be whoevers got that connected husband with a lot of money thats like "yo i dont like the way so and so looked at me today" and then said person ends up dead or on the street. and theres quite a few of those in NYC

I'll admit the argument was dum. It's hard to define powerful, we kept going back and forth over governnent officials in NYC and the known billionaires and CEOs of major corps.
