LOSO SEASON : SUMMERTIME SHOOTOUT 11/26 / YOUNG OG 2 12/25

This tape is fire until The Plug. I don't wanna hear Fab rapping about the trap or harmonizing. It ended good with Started Something (that's the Fab I wanna hear) and Summertime Sadness. Him and Rich Homie are not a good mix at all.


More joints like For The Summer, Started Something and Summertime Sadness. :pimp: :pimp: Thats his lane.

Ok tape at best. I dig Summertime Sadness, Trap Royalty, For The Summer, and Started Something. Everything else is very average. I thought "Doin It Well" was gonna be dope with the "Doin It" sample, until the beat actually dropped. They should've just rapped over the original track.

Half the time dude is doing his best Future or Drake impression. I don't see why people are hyping this mixtape up.
 
I thought it was ok. It has more replay value than Jada's joint. First and last were the stand outs for me.

Eh, IMO 2015 has been a massive disappointment, but to each their own.

This tape represents the first mixtape I have really liked all year.

You were right.

I had no idea "Young OG Project" was a studio album. I thought it was just another tape.
 
Tape is solid. I agree the criticism on the tape regarding the trap songs. They all feel forced and it sounds like dumbed down Fab. I could really do without tracks 7-9 on this tape. Outside of that and the Bryson Tiller track I dig the tape...it's solid.
 
Really feeling 4-5 songs on it. The rest, I'm really good on. Fab is one of my favorite rappers and the kid is wild talented but I'm so tired of these garbage *** songs he does. Joint with RHQ and the Trey/Nicki joint were disgusting. Like, where's the crew at to tell him naaaaaaaahhh


Not sure how I felt about sampling DMX. Classic album and classic record right there. Fab can rap and the song sounds mad different, not sure if it's cool or not.
 
Surprised me with how good the tape was.. Some songs I dont **** with, but I see he still got it :smokin
