pb, no jelly

kirkland trail mix

kind grains/bars

cheez-its

sunflower seeds in the afternoon

I try to eat very healthy and light during the workday, Dinner and weekends is when I normally feast unless I have a business lunch.

I stay with Chex-mix, fruit and water to chow on throughout the day.
