I know what a reboot is

but I'm rustled w/ him trying too hard to imitate Chris Tucker and why redo the same scenes verbatim

might check out but I would rather it be on a premium network so there would be nudity and cursing

Carter can't eem do any short Asian jokes doe...

I guess I'll check it out. I love Rush Hour, but they already did it an injustice with 3, so I ain't worried.

Some stuff just needs to be left alone. And if anybody is going to play Carter, it better be DCyoungFly.

Hollywood ain't ready for him yet though. :smh:

2 and 3 should've been shot back to back, they waited waaaaaay to long for 3 to come out. there was really no point, same thing with the shanghai series, would have been nice if they closed that out as well with a trilogy.
Jackie's shine was very much wasted when it came to american cinema.

Still watch police story, rumble in the bronx, crime story, supercop2 though

Is this a TV series or a TV movie? Looks hilarious. I haven't seen the previous movies to compare though.

It actually looks OK. I'm not sure it'll work as well if the Christ Tucker character is the only goofy one. The Jackie Chan character looks too humorless

I'm guessing after the pilot, it'll just become another crime show but with a black guy and Asian guy misunderstanding each other

@ the thought of  that ***** DC on primetime TV.

But this looks okay. Probably would get more love if it was a standalone show and wasn't marketed/presented to us as a Rush Hour reboot.
