Curry second only to Jordan in basketball shoe sales

Curry has become the Under Armour lead athlete with his ‘Curry 2’ basketball shoes flying off the shelves in the United States. According to Business Insider, Under Armour’s shoe sales in the United States have exploded and are up 350 percent in 2016 alone. Now on his way to a possible back-to-back MVP season, Curry could potentially become the face of ‘the world’s No. 2 athletic brand,’ according to Morgan Stanley financial analyst Jay Sole.

With Curry’s shoe line already bigger than fellow NBA stars LeBron James and Kobe Bryant, Sole thinks Curry’s potential value to Under Armour is in the billions of dollars. Fourteen billion dollars to be exact, as long as Curry continues doing things the NBA has never seen before.

“We also note Curry is arguably the NBA’s most popular player,” Sole wrote. “Kids who are buying his shoes probably want to purchase a little piece of Curry’s greatness, no matter what brand he is associated with.”

makes sense

kobe is washed

kd is a beta boy and his shoes are trash

only hype beasts that dont play basketball buy lebrons

kobe 11s are the best shoes on the market right now tho

I like kobe's sneakers but those prices prevent me from buying them.

I was in finishline and showed my brother curry's sneakers and he liked the designs.

Curry misses playoff basketball games, Warriors keep rolling. LeBron sits for too many minutes, Cavs start fading into obscurity.

A healthy Curry would have the Blazers blown out from start to finish instead of adjusting late to do it

Yup, that has nothing to do with the fact that every good player Lebron plays with he turns into a one dimensional jump shooter.

Honestly really shouldn't if they're the "studs" people think they are. If you're really a all star, franchise player, etc. like Kevin Love was, you should know how to adjust your game when situations are changed. Just shows another example of the Warrior's greatness. Once Steph got injured, other guys stepped it up accordingly. And when I mean other guys, I'm talking "bench/role" players. That's not their natural role to take on more but they do it because that's what good players do. Not sure how you can give Kevin Love an excuse when dude is supposed to be a "top pf" in the game. Once Lebron exits, he should know, that's his time to go back to Minnesota #1 option Kevin Love.

Its not like the exact same thing didn't happen with Chris Bosh.

Not exactly, cause when Bron left the game, they were still able to hold it down back in Miami. The post you were replying to was the guy saying nobody steps up in Cleveland, which is true. When Bron was in Miami though, Wade and Bosh were still able to adjust and step their games up because that's what great/good players do.

Steph Curry just had the greatest individual NBA season in the history of basketball....and y'all are debating his value?.

I don't think people understand what Steph did this year....it was God level.

How, exactly?

The man averaged

30ppg
7apg
5rpg
-Shot 50/45/90 from the field on an insane volume
-Led the league in scoring
-Made over 400 3's
-Played 79/82 games....in the era of "rest"
-Led the league in STEALS & Steals per game
-Had the HIGHEST PER OF ALL TIME
-Led his team to 73 Wins...Breaking numerous NBA records along the way.
-Did this while playing ONLY 34 MPG

That's insane

Im waiting on the answer myself...

There you go comptonprince comptonprince
